Rare find in Shibuya

Pros: The property is spacious, clean and tidy. Exactly as shown in photos. It has everything you need to feel like home. The items in the apartment are in excellent quality. The location is very close to public transport to shibuya, Shinjuku and stroll to Meiji Jingu. The host is very communicative and helpful. I will stay here again.

Cons: Everything works well.

Convenient and clean

Pros: Very clean and nice beds! And also a convenient location.

Cons: Apart from the bath towels it would have been good to have some other to dry our hands for the kitchen and the bathroom.. Had to request for the checkin details since the instructions didn’t arrive a week earlier as was announced.

It's ok for the price but could be better

Pros: We choose this hotel based on good reviews and good location between Shibuya and Shinjuku. The bus stops are just next to the place so it's relatively easy to get around, but you might need to walk a bit at night. The place is kind of spacious, with most amenities available as advertised. The host is communicative on whatsapp. The neighborhood is quite cozy and local, it's a residential area with just a few stores around but you can find general stores and conbinis within a short walk distances. When searching I found really tiny spaces in Tokyo which were also rather expensive. Price-performance wise this one is alright and I would consider for a few days stay with a small family or group of friends if you want to spend most of your time exploring the city. We have been in August and the heat was managable with AC.

Cons: The cleaning staff didn't do justice to the place, I have found some hair on the bedsheets, and also found some left over cheese melt in the oven. The windows are not really sealed agains noise, and the place is on a way with traffic even at night, so I found it difficult to sleep sometimes. Also there are little to no decoration in the place, no TV, limited space to eat your meal which makes it kind of uneasy sometimes to stay in.

Pros: Within close proximity of Shinjuku and Shibuya away from the hustle bustle of these areas. Host is accommodative and friendly. Basic amenities are provided. Would definitely recommend for 2 people looking for an accommodation with basic amenities.

Excelletn location and comfortable apartment. We stayed 6 Days.

Pros: The location was excellent for trips to Shibuya and Shinjuku as the tow most direct lines are in either direction of the Hostel. The appartment was spacious and clean and the facilites we fine for our needs. Although we never met the person in charge they responded rapidly to any quoestions we have via Whatsapp.

Cons: It tended to get noisy at night with cars revving and it is sounded like a race track for perdiods of the night.

Pros: Yerin Konumu çok iyi. Temiz oda , Geniş Oda Aile için çok uygun Şehrin ortasında ama sessiz sakin güzel bir mevkide kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
