All in all a nice place for a short trip in Tokyo 🫶🏼

Pros: The place is super convenient, only a 10 minute walk to the Takanobaba Station, which is super lively!

Cons: The staircase is a little narrow, which made it hard to carry our luggages to the top floor

Pros: The apartment is ok, it is small, has a kitchen (not that anyone is going to cook there), the bed is good size, a little bit noisy since it is right on the road. A great feature was the tall ceiling which made the space feel bigger than it is. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to Takadanobaba from there you have direct connection to the Yamanato line and you are set for allover Tokyo. A conbini open 24/7 right by the building which is a great plus in Japan, since helps with breakfats, coffees and late late dinners.

Cons: The stairs to the apartment are quite narrow and steep, so no problem if you are young and with good mobility, but definitely not suitable for people that have difficult with mobility (obese, older, knee injuries etc.) The toilet unit is very small, you have to be very intimate with the person sharing the apartment since if you are above 180 cm tall you can't use the toilet without opening the door. Luckily there is a door separating the main room from the hallway so it won't be a lot awkward for the other person... Same goes for the shower, I am 188cm and the head space in the shower was tight.

Pros: Było czysto, świetna lokalizacja, dobrze wyposażony, dobra tania opcja raczej na krótszy pobyt. Bardzo pomocne i jasne instrukcje od właściciela. Polecam

Cons: Troszkę mało miejsca, ale wystarczy jak nie ma się kilku ogromnych walizek. Klatka schodowa bardzo ciasna co może sprawiać kłopot przy wnoszeniu większego bagażu

Pros: Super Unterkunft, groß, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Man war schnell an allen zentralen Orten. Es gab Lokale und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Nur zu empfehlen, wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Pros: L'emplacement est très bien, toute les commodités nécessaires aux alentours. La ligne yamanote à 10 minutes à pieds. Le logement était propre et agréable.

Pros: L'appartement, dans le style traditionnel japonais, est propre et bien vraiment bien équipé. Le thé fourni est excellent et la salle de cinéma est un vrai plus ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man in Shinjuku sein tägliches Geschäft hat, innerhalb von 20 min ist man dort. Auch Takadanobaba hat vieles zu bieten. Direkt neben dem Haus gab es einen Minimarkt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Host hat uns immer schnell bei Fragen geantwortet.

Cons: Unser Zimmer war im 4. Geschoss und es war kein Aufzug vorhanden. Wir mussten unsere 4 Koffer hochschleppen.
