Waseda BNB Shinjuku

Great accommodation with lots of amenities nearby.

Pros: Quite a spacious accommodation for a location like Tokyo, many amenities nearby like food, convenience and grocery stores. The area was safe and quiet at night. Room was clean as well.

Cons: Quite a distance from the metro station.

Awesome, would stay longer next time

Pros: It’s very spacious, especially given the price. The washing machine didn’t work tho, not sure if i couldnt operate it or it was broke.

Cons: It was a bit cold.

Ok but I would not repeat

Pros: The posiition is quite good in terms of distance to main transportation: bus, tram very near and yamanote and metro at takadanobaba reachable by bus or by a 15-20 min walk, or even tozai metro at waseda. This is convenient because you are out of the busiest places but all the places to see are quite easily reachable. In the vicinty several cafes, conbini, etc. We choose this apartment because of its location and because, differently from many others it has 2 separate (but very little) bedrooms which was good for our family of 4. I also liked the easy of checkin checkout. Overall it was ok but with some negative notes (see below)

Cons: Our bedroom was facing a quite large road: not a lot of traffic but since the road is quite large the cars speed up and they can be quite noisy especially at nighttime/early morning. The insulation is not existent. The photos on the website were a bit \

Incredibly good value for this price.

Pros: Two spacious bedrooms, each with a separate AC. The washing machine has an integrated dryer for easy washing and drying. The place has a little balcony. It is located about two minutes of walking from two tram stations and a bus station. About 15 minutes of walking from Takadanobaba station. A 7-11 convenience store (open 24/7) is located just across the street. The host has sent detailed information via WhatsApp ahead of time.

Cons: The room in which the toilet is located is tiny. You can not be tall or big if you want to be able to use the toilet.

Good location, very clean and everything we needed

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The host's proactive communication, with photos included in the directions to the property, was very welcome.

Cons: The only thing we would improve on is the communal area. Great for a quick meal but not comfortable for spending time together in the evenings.

a great option for a stay in a more quiet part of Tokyo

Pros: the rooms were comfortable and the owner was quick to answer my questions. the bed was even more comfortable and spacious than some expensive hotels I’ve been too. Also having a waging machine which also works as a drier was amazing!

Cons: the building can be kinda hard to find if it’s your first time in Japan but the owner provides a step by step guide for you to find the property. during our stay the building’s door wasn’t working which, as women, put us a bit on edge because it meant the building could’ve been accessed by anybody but that’s not the owner’s responsibility and the property in itself was very secure and cosy and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet so overall we still felt safe.

Pros: The apartment seems to be quiet new. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There is a nice park around the corner.

It was a practical choice for us to have a little but of Tokyo.

Pros: The flat was great and clean. We had a little teouble with the internet. As foreigners in Japan, a little help or small instructions in englisg would gabe been nice.

Pros: its a small but really cozy Appartment, we liked the location a lot because there were no noise at night and basically no tourists around
