Great Value!

Pros: Good location, good instructions, had all the necessities.

Cons: Bed was a little soft and generally small but that is to be expected. Still larger than most Hotel rooms!

Comfortable stay for 13 days.

Pros: We had a great stay in this apartment, self check-in and checkout with very clear instructions. the owner was very nice and pleasant to chat with, and they replied very quickly to all of my questions. The location was excellent ✨👌 very close to family mart and restaurants around the area, short enjoyable walk to the station. we had everything we needed, washing machine, drying racks, hangers, AC, electric kettle and all the rest of the appliances you might need during your stay. we stayed for 13 days and were very comfortable during our stay. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet as well. recommended 👍

Cons: It might seem a bit small, but for us it was comfortable, the small table was a bit wobbly but useable.

Pros: 都電荒川線面影橋駅から徒歩約5分ぐらいですし、隣にコンビニやラーメン屋もあって、便利だと思います。

Cons: 少し不便なところがエレベーターがなく、そして道に近いという二点だと思います。たくさん荷物持ってる方や車の音あると眠れない方は、ご参考ください。

The place was near from the station. The facilities were good, the amenities too. Comfortable and well located.

Pros: It has all the features you might need, like a little kitchen, washing machine and A/C. It includes the normal amenities like soap, hand soap, detergent, toilet paper and dish detergent. The staff is a really great host. 👍

Cons: The TV doesn’t work at all and the toilet hasn’t features like the others that cleans, and warm up the toilet seat. It was a pain seating on the cold seat in the middle of the night 😅.

Great for solo, maybe even a couple

Pros: Easy self-check-in; comfortable bed; available desk space; fast wifi; close to Yamanote Line train.

Cons: The bathroom is not very modern, don't have world-famous Japanese toilet. :) In the middle of a cold winter a bit hard to get warm.

굉장히 추천하는 숙소

Pros: 숙소 위치는 다카다노바바역에서 그리 멀지 않아요 관광객도 근처에 없어서 현지분들과 지내는 느낌이에요! 침대도 호텔 보다는 훨씬 넓어요 가격도 저렴해서 저는 다음이 도쿄에 온다고 해도 다시 예약 할 것 같습니다 호스트님이 pdf를 만들어주셔서 찾아가기 되게 편리하고 너무 친절 하십니다

Cons: 엘베가 없어요ㅠㅠ
