Had a great stay
Pros: The room is spacious for both of us tidy, clean and smells good. Our room was on a second floor. Had a smooth self check-in since we arrived around 8.30pm. Its exactly as the picture. Have steam iron, small closet to out our luggages and bathroom got drying fan that can be used as a dryer. And a balcony as well. Its a walking distance to the train station (tawaramachi, kuramae and asakusa station) less than 800 metres and nearby convenience stores
Cons: No lift but we requested and got the second floor

Amazing, great location and facilities!
Pros: Absolutely loved both the apartment hotel and the facilities it had such as a steam iron, its own very kitchen, and a washing machine with an amazing dryer function.
Cons: While the issue regarding there being no elevator and us having to carry our luggage to our room on the 4th floor, nonetheless it was an amazing apartment.

Pros: This was the best accommodation we stayed at in Japan — it was clean, modern, and spacious with comfortable beds and a big washroom. The location was also great, with a few little cafés nearby, a Family Mart right in front of the door and two metro stations that could be reached within 5 to 10 minutes. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. If we ever revisit Tokyo, we'll be sure to stay there again!
Cons: I couldn't think of a single thing I didn't like — it was perfect!

Pros: It is much bigger than APA hotel which was our first booking when we came to Japan, If you like quiet area but still in a prime location then stay here, only 5-10 minute walk to train station and 15 minute walk to Senso Ji temple and surrounding area, take the river walk is much faster.. The Manager was very accessible through whatsapp. The room came with washer and dryer! Also came with stove top, small toaster oven and few other necessary ammenities. The room we got which was unit 301 is only good for single or couple and not a family.
Cons: No elevator! Have to carry lugguage up the stairs on your own. Only max 4 levels and its not that many steps.

Pros: Spick and span. Nowhere to fuss about, apt is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. #1 accommodation amongst all bnb i have come across.

Pros: The place is great, clean and new and you have everything that you need. It is a 5-minute walk to multiple stations and convenient stores that are open 24/7.

Cómodo y bien equipado, pero sin ascensor puede ser un problema con maletas
Pros: Regresamos al hotel para una noche más en Tokyo, pero nos dieron una habitación en el quinto piso, si bien cómoda y con todas las instalaciones de la habitación previa, el problema es que el hospedaje no tiene ascensor y subir y bajar las maletas fue complicado. En términos generales, un buen hotel, pero si te toca un piso muy alto, puedes sufrir si traes maletas grandes.
Cons: Sin ascensor.

Excelente ubicación en Asakusa, moderno y totalmente equipado, sin contacto pero muy eficiente
Pros: El LAKU hotel está ubicada en la zona de Asakusa, muy cerca del templo Sensō-ji y una innumerable cantidad de tiendas minoristas en los alrededores, se puede llegar caminando, no más de 15 minutos a paso tranquilo. Nos tocó un duplex, en la primera planta sala comedor cocina, en la segunda las dos habitaciones, baño y lavanderia, camas cómodas, aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes, se veía todo nuevo, aparentemente ha sido remodelado recientemente. Las llaves las dejan en una suerte de locker con clave, es un sistema automatizado, no ves personal de servicio, pero todo funcionó ok, te permiten dejar maletas en un depósito especial luego del check-out. En la zona hay cerca un 7-11 24 horas y el famoso restaurante de pancakes - BENITSURU, hay cola para reservar temprano.

Pros: 住宿位置离地铁口很近，南北两边儿步行几分钟就可以到达地铁；去浅草寺很近，步行过去就可以；房间内很整洁，装修很细致，有浴缸、洗衣机、煤气灶、微波炉、碗筷、微波炉、冰箱，各种生活装备一应俱全；附近有几家24小时便利店，很方便；入住流程很方便，从门口邮箱内自取钥匙即可。
Cons: 房间内没有配备打扫用的物品，且没有每日清扫服务。
