Pros: Second time staying here. It feels like a home away from home. Absolutely perfect in every way. Comfortable and serene and quiet area. Easy access to Tawaramachi station. Quiet yet a few mins away from Asakusa tourist areas Just perfect. Toiletries were fantastic.

Cons: If i had to nit pick, wish there was a mirror provided other than th the in the bathroom.

Perfect format for us to get organised at end of trip. Nice facilities. Would stay again.

Pros: Huge room (especially for Tokyo). Perfect size for the end of our trip when we needed to spread out andpack bags etc. close to local station.

Cons: Although was close to berating don’t think it’s the most useful metro line to be on. A pretty long ride to the big tourist places like Shibuya etc

Pros: Family room with bunk beds was nice and spacious Location right next to Tawaramachi station (has a lift) Hotel staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with - happy to hold luggage on last day and arranged a taxi to airport for us at short notice There is a spa which is available for private booking and can be included in the room rate

Pros: Location was excellent. Bunk bed was big enough for our young adult daughter.

Cons: The washing machine takes forever and the drying several hours. A separate washer dryer or washer and drying room in the bathroom would be better.

Pros: It is spacious. Suitable for 5-6 pax. It has a dining table with a kitchenette complete with basic kitchen utensil.

Cons: Easy access to train station. Working distance about 10 minutes from the hotel.

Spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 with older kids - literally footsteps away from the metro. Super convenient.

Pros: Amazing location. Footsteps to metro. Clean and spacious. King size bed a win.

Cons: Nothing to complain about! We were very happy with this choice and would stay again.

Pros: Big space, big bathroom, great location. Public bath privatisable under reservation. One appartment by floor. Quiet and silent.

Cons: Bed upstairs were not enough confortable for us (mattress too thin). The extra cost for the bath.

Loved our stay at ENT Terrace and would highly recommend

Pros: So much to love about the property! Great location, everything outside the door - train station, 7-11, family mart, food options etc and easy walk to so many other attractions.

Cons: The staff and amenities were exceptional. I personally found the beds to be too firm for my preference but only a minor thing really.
