Pros: the room was more spacious than what the photos showed. it was slightly bigger than a hotel we stayed in before. Good for your money and it provides a washing machine with detergent as well so that was good. there are so many places to eat around, it is a diverse area as i’m pretty sure there’s people from other countries there for studies so there’s more than just Japanese food for anyone that’s not into the Japanese cuisine. There’s the local train line right up the street and the station for the Yamamote line is further, about 8-10 minute walk from the hostel.

Cons: yes the bathrooms are tiny but it is bearable. i’d also bring a spare towel, they’re really small.

Good if you need a place to sleep and shower with good access

Pros: Great location close to Okubo and Shin-Okubo stations. Slightly bigger than business hotels. Free to use washing machine for each apt.

Cons: A bit hard to find, no indication on the building. We were on the 1st floor and we had people knocking on our door to ask if this was the place... There's no elevator for the rooms upstairs.
