Japan 🇯🇵

The environment is neat and quiet, also the customer service was very warm, which me feel at home.

Pros: I really appreciate that the service is very good. When I checked in by my self, I just contacted the customer service, surprisingly, they replied me very soon and told me step by step for my check in. Although no frontier there, I can contact the hotel very efficiently. I am very impressed. By the way, the room is super clean and quiet.

Pros: Great location, easy walk to shops and food and Shinjuku night-life. Being able to check in late at night a great thing for travellers on late flights.

Cons: Well not a complaint but quite cramped and nowhere to sit apart from bed. But my first time in Japan so maybe thats how it is..
