Great apartment with comfy beds

Pros: Nice big studio with 4 comfy beds and pillows. Was close to JR yamanote line, about 1km from metro line. Great supermarket and bento box place across road.

Cons: There needed to be more hanging space - somewhere to put towels. It was a bit cool even with heater.

Good location and apartment but mediocre service and questionable cleanliness

Pros: This apartment is spacious, we had plenty of room for two of us. The apartment was clean (apart from the two baby cockroaches we found), and the air conditioning was very strong and great for the heat.

Cons: Although the apartment appeared clean, we have to minus two points for each of the baby cockroaches we found (2 in total). The host did not respond well to messages in English and was overly blunt and completely ignored messages from us just to remind me to check out on time and to keep quiet after 10pm.

Pros: This apartment is spacious — we had plenty of room for the three of us. It was very clean, and the air conditioning was powerful, which was great on a hot day. There are two supermarkets nearby, and just across the street, there’s a bento box shop. We stayed for three nights, and the location was perfect for us. From Tabata Station, we could quickly reach all the tourist spots that interested us. If you're coming by rental car, be aware that the low 24-hour parking rate at the nearby Times Parking only applies to the first 24 hours. After that, the fee is charged per hour. You’ll need to move the car, or the parking costs can become astronomical.

Cons: The kitchen is nice, but it contains only one pan, three plates, and three small bowls. There is no cutlery, no pot for cooking noodles, and no cups for brewing tea or coffee. Hopefully, the owner will consider adding these items in the future.

Pros: 空間大適合3大人1小孩，有2個雙人床和2個單人床，廚房有冰箱微波爐烤箱瓦斯爐，有洗衣機有吹風機有吸塵器有牙刷牙膏和浴巾毛巾還有足夠的衛生紙和垃圾袋，重點有4人餐椅，雖然可住6人但只有一間偏小廁所，較建議4人入住，廁所有沐浴乳和洗髮乳。附近有業務超市，aeon超市供採買。田端站有超市和麵包店和餐廳。

Cons: 廁所較小，沒有放置換洗衣物的地方，馬桶和淋浴在同空間，不適合5人以上人數入住。由於位於2樓，隱私度不夠，建議自己帶門把鎖，增加安全措施，因為沒有電梯，不適合行動不便者。另外，從住宿前往田端站途中，有上坡路段，較不適合老年者。

Pros: The room can fit 6 people and still have space to walk and manage luggage without uncomfortable feelings. The location is also nice, not too far from the station and food restaurants.

It was a great stay and we'll consider booking again when we go back to Tokyo soon.

Pros: Walking distance to and from Tabata Station... quiet & safe neighborhood... nearby food places and a supermarket & a take away food store right in front of the property... vending machines just outside the property. huge space with decent beds... clean room.

Cons: There was only 1 pair of slippers so we had to buy for my husband and my son; it was mentioned that there are slippers for all of us. There was also no liquid soap (the bottle was empty) that we can use to wash our hands in the kitchen sink.
