Overall, its a pleasant stay, my kids and the wife like it very much, more spacious than other

Pros: Location is good, nice neighborhood close to grocery, pharmacy, food establishments. lots of nicest places to look around specially shops to eat.

Cons: Quiet a walk from the train station, but still manageable distance as a morning exercise prior riding the train. Cleaning of rooms provided while on stay would be nice, but its ok they provided a vacuum cleaner.

Pros: The host is a nice and helpful person, the furniture is complete, the air con work properly, the umbrella has been prepared by the host, the bathroom is clean, the room is clean also

Good place to stay near restaurants and subway stations!

Pros: This is a very nice place! It is conveniently located near many restaurants and two major subway stations. Using public transport was very easy! Our room was pretty spacious, and it had a bathroom that was bigger than the other hotels we went to in Japan. Communication with the owner always went super fast and smoothly. The room was clean, and everything we needed was there. So if you want a simple room where everything you need is present, and that is very conveniently located near subway stations, this is your place!

Cons: One downside is that the bunk beds were relatively low in the sense that I would often hit my head. I'm not even that tall (1.65m ish) but I still hurt my head a couple times. This is not too bad, though, so don't see it as a reason not to go here! Just please take care when you get up or sit down on the lower bed! :) But again, don't worry about it too much. I would totally go here again on my next Tokyo trip.

Great hotel if you like making breakfast at home and dont mind spring beds

Pros: The stove and microwave being inside the room was very convenient. the walk to nearby supermarkets, convenience stores and train station was also very nice.

Cons: The beds are spring beds and might be uncomfortable. there is also limited space to store your luggage inside the room.

Pros: good location, 10 mins away from the station and we could get to all the popular spots within 30 minutes. Many konbinis and other facilities around the building, we got everything we needed.

We had an excellent stay at nishinippori guesthouse. Great value for money and good location, would love to stay again

Pros: Perfect ammenities including balcony and umbrella and washing facilities. Lovely location and everything clean!

Cons: It was a bit cramped - there would be more room with futons but the beds were very comfortable

Pros: They upgraded us without asking, provided us with fluffy towels and were very helpful when we asked to drop our bags off early. The coat hangers in the cupboard were a nice touch too! It was clean and organised nicely
