Pros: Close to the main Asakusa attractions, yet still peaceful enough to unwind after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. I especially love the tatami area and balcony.

Asakusa Escape

Pros: Spacious room which felt more like an apartment. Full sized bathroom, separate toilet and washing machine available. Ample space for 3x adults including large smart TV, additional tatami area for lounging. Easy self-check in and check-out process. Location is a short walk to Asakusa train station, Sensoji Temple and Nakamise shopping street. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons: Please note, no luggage storage - but easy enough to find coin luggage options. We used Bounce app which has several locations available.

Clean modern accomodation for a family in great location.

Pros: Location. Close to senso-ji and great food options. Worked well for a family of 5 for a couple of nights. Super clean and modern. Great view. Would stay again.

Pros: Was a great location for our family of five on our first visit to Tokyo. Only few minutes walk to train station and Asakusa tourist sites.

Pros: The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to major tourist attractions and very close to a train station, which made getting around the city easy. The amenities were excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, stove, kettle, rice cooker, and microwave, which was perfect for preparing simple meals. I also appreciated the small living area with a couch and TV—it made the space feel cozy and homely.

Cons: There were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that could be improved. The washing machine had small amounts of visible mold inside, and unfortunately, clothes came out with a musty smell even after buying a different detergent to the one they provided. More clothes hangers and a larger drying space would have been appreciated—especially for an apartment that accommodates 4–6 people. An outdoor drying option or a proper indoor rack would help a lot. Additionally, there were some signs of wear and minor damage in the apartment. One of the doors had a visible scratch, part of the framework was peeling off, and a light switch cover looked like it had been removed. These didn’t affect functionality but did take away slightly from the overall impression of the space.

Very lovely and comfortable stay in a quieter area of asakusa.
