SUNRISE STAY Asakusa

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location. Cannot get better. Across the road from the train station and around the corner from an arcade with tons of eating and shopping establishments. Matsuya is across the road. 5 minute walk to Sensoji temple. ROX mall is a 10 minute walk. Beds were very comfortable. Access to a washer was great.

Cons: Main drawback was lack of a place to dry clothes. Would be great if they had a line or rack to hang wet clothes. Also, a stand to rest your suitcase on would be helpful.

Clean and great location

Pros: Great location, very clean and staff very helpful with easy to follow instructions to access the room. Close tomultiple eating areas and attractions. Directly across the street access to the Ginza line to take you to most areas or stations that you will need to access.

Cons: Nothing, was a great place to stay.

Dream location for travelers and families

Pros: Location was outstanding. Felt central to everything. Very easy check in process through platform. Great to have a washing machine available too.

Cons: The futon for the third person could have a thicker futon mattress. Even for the kids it was a bit hard

Pros: Fantastic apartment, great size and an amazingly central location. Plenty of space for 2 people, could make it work with 3 or 4. Host was very responsive if required.

Pros: Very good location, less than 5 minutes on foot to Senso ji and Asakusa Station (though it is the last stop on Ginza Line) The apartment was spacious enough for 3 people with 1 luggage each, with room to spare

Cons: Overall very good, though it would have been nice to have a drying stand to hang out clothes on after using the washing machine

Perfect first stay in Japan

Pros: Great size apartment for 2 adults and 2 adult / teens. Perfect location. No view from windows but also meant very quiet from street noise. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Good position, affordable price,but no cloth dryer

Pros: The address is closed to train station, which makes it comfortable to travel

Cons: It only provides washing machine, but there’s no dryer. Therefore we have to wait for the clothes to dry itself. That’s very inconvenient for travelers

Pros: I stayed at SUNRISE STAY Asakusa for two nights (April 17–19) and had a fantastic experience. The room was beautifully designed with a minimalistic, wooden aesthetic that felt both calming and stylish. It was very spacious — much more than I expected for Tokyo — and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, right next to Asakusa Station, which made getting around incredibly easy. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-designed, and conveniently located place in Tokyo.

Amazing surprise! Location and comfort

Pros: Amazing location! Super comfortable bed, incredibly clean, excellent bathroom and kitchen. Really great surprise!! Spacious and very well organized for Tokyo

Pros: Great place, nice equipment, AC in every room, location very handy when it comes to Tokyo subway

Cons: Elevator was accesible from 2nd floor.
