Great place to base to get around and visit many areas of Tokyo!

Pros: Great facilities to suit a family of five. Location to food and transport fantastic.

Great stay. Convenient next to train station. Having 2 rooms and living area was good.

Pros: Great value and comfortable for family of 4. Really liked having a kitchenette and washing machine for the longer stay in Tokyo. Sasazuka terrace was great with lots of restaurants and shops.

Cons: The location added about 10-20 mins to every excursion and the Keio line was always absolutely packed!

Pros: Great location on the station. Apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine. Very comfortable and quiet.

Cons: Couldn’t send luggage from hotel to next destination. Though the lady at reception didn’t speak English so it might have been lost in translation.

Pros: Room was spacious for Tokyo/Japan with closet space. Good location with lot of restaurants, shops and convenience stores nearby. Metro station next door. Washer dryer worked well.

Cons: Signage to property was bit hard to find initially. Staff not always there in front desk and no way to call without a local phone number - tablet on front desk was missing call facility. Room on 4th floor window was dim to natural light from some barrier on the balcony and it reduced the visibility outside. Light on the AC bedroom could not be turned off (needed eye mask).

Easy access to city and space for family of five

Pros: Our family of five was grateful for the space of two separate rooms and a kitchen (although still tight which expected for Tokyo). We loved its location right on the station door due to easy access into Shinjuku and other sites via train as well as the many shops and restaurants around the station.

Cons: The downside of being so close to the train station is that you could hear the trains but it didn’t stop us from sleeping. We also couldn’t leave our luggage after check out due to lack of space at reception which can understand but was disappointing.

Pros: Good location. Apartment had facilities for self catering.

Cons: Small living area. I expect this is usual for this area.

Pros: Excellent location. Very close to the train station and other amenities. Nice vibrant area.
