I really enjoyed our stay. The space is bigger than we expected.

Pros: I like the cleanliness of the apartment and the location.

Cons: I wish there is an elevator but it's not a big deal for us because the steps are bearable.

Pros: One stop away from Shinjuku station and facilities were all great and clean. Bathing and toilet equipments were also good and efficient for 4 of us

Nice spacious stay in Tokyo!

Pros: Spacious for Tokyo if you know what I mean! Nice location, close to a train station, although Shinjuku station was a bit of a hike, so we would take a cab from there. Well presented, all amenities you need. Separate bedroom which was great. The gentleman stored our luggage for us on the first day which we really appreciated :)

Cons: All was as expected :)

Good place for the money.

Pros: Location and the fact it had a separate space from the kitchen to the bedroom.

Cons: The no staff policy. It made check in uncomfortable and a bit strange. Also the stairs, so steep and very hard to climb with luggage.

Clean, very easy access to the metro and Shinjuku.

Pros: Giving a rating for this property is quite difficult as it really depends on what kind of traveler you are. The location is right next to the Shin-Okubo station, very convenient for transport. And is a less than 10 minute walk to Shinjuku, so it has all the convinience of this attached to it. The apartment was clean and as advertised, was quite happy with it.

Cons: There were train noises from the station, but to be fair it didn’t really bother us and was ignorable, vey rarely there was noise from the street and from outside the door in the hallway from other guests. I would strongly recommend checking out the area on google street view.

Great!

Pros: Great experience to stay in this micro flat. Lots of brilliant places to eat around and nice walks to sites such as the 3d cat etc.

Cons: Everything was great. Even had some umbrellas for us to borrow which was much needed on the rainy day we were there.

Great location, seamless check in, good amenities. 100% recommend, good option to stay near the main part of town that’s

Pros: Private and self check in which was handy. We were able to leave our luggage in the entrance area as we arrived quite early. Had a washing machine/dryer which was a big help. Good location, right across from the train station. Good option if you’re not keen on staying in tiny 12sqm hotel rooms for similar prices

Cons: The bed was small for myself and my large partner - so we were a bit squished
