Pros: Excellent breakfast -huge selection of food and beverage. Evening snacks and drinks, private Onsen all fantastic. Loved the staff, turns out one of the humble shuttle drivers was the general manager. Thank you!

Basic, spacious and clean apartment near Shin Okuba Station

Pros: Great location, very clean and spacious compared to other accommodation for the same price. The icing on the cake was how responsive and helpful the host was!

9/10 would always recommend!

Pros: The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The price was great too. Location was perfect for getting around when needed. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful and communication was open and clear.

Cons: My only recommendations are as follows. First, I wish there was a better way to clean up. The vacuum there kept coming apart and there was no broom. Second, it would have been nice to have had a book of recommended places to eat at and visit. These two things are not a problem at all. Im just being picky lol.

Pros: We stayed as a group of 4 for 1 week. The location of the property was amazing, close to both Okubo and Shin-Okubo station, so we could access the train system very easily. Property was super clean upon arrival and futon was prepared nicely in advance for us. Amenities were provided. Thank you for the wonderful service and easy instructions.

Cons: Shower was on the smaller side, and no mirror over the bathroom-toilet sink.
