Pros: The apartment is on a quiet street, yet only a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars. The apartment is bright, clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning was a must in Sept and available in all rooms. Overall, it is in an excellent location for access to tourist spots with good transport links and metro station nearby.

Cons: Only minor, but some glasses might be a good addition. The apartment is across three floors and may not be suitable for people unable for stairs.

Great location, clean, and great value for families.

Pros: Our host gave excellent directions. Excellent location. Supermarket and restaurants, and subway station all less than 400m away. There are stairs inside the apartment - so not ideal for someone who can’t do stairs. Was not a issue for our family. Very clean apartment. Easy to get to tourist spots from here. Quite area. We enjoyed our stay - 4 adults and 2 children (7 and 11 yrs old) and would recommend to families.

Cons: Maybe could have some more towels - especially for the kitchen.

Very comfortable stay and great location!

Pros: Communication from the host was excellent. Guide sent over prior to arrival was accurate and we had no problem in locating the property and the keys. Beds were comfortable and everything was taken care of.

Pros: The house is newly built and is in a very convenient location with restaurants and two train stations close by. It is quite rare to find two bathrooms in Japan so this was a bonus. Amenities were great. Would definitely stay again

Cons: As this is a new property, it is acceptable to need improvements. So the following doesn't affect our high rating. Towels requires improvement. And more pillows would be nice. English instructions for the washing machine would also be nice.

Pros: Sehr schönes Appartement, dass sehr zentral in Shinjuku gelegen ist. Eine Metro Station und einige Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin ist gut und schnell erreichbar.

Cons: Ein Schlüsselkasten mit Zahlencode könnte helfen, den Zugang zum Haus für Gruppen zu erleichtern, da es nur einen Schlüssel gibt.

Pros: 住宿有三層樓 1樓 一房一衛（浴缸和淋浴）一廁 2樓 廚房 一開放沙發床 餐桌 （無電視）一廁一淋浴間 3樓 兩房 每層皆有陽台 每層皆有冷氣暖氣 在日本要找到兩衛（一浴缸）兩廁很不容易 是我選擇他的主要因素 覺得很方便也節省很多時間 地理位置也極佳 離東新宿站非常近 旁邊有藥妝2間、便利商店 和很多開到凌晨的餐廳

Cons: 有個同行夥伴每天身體過敏 （類此被塵蟎或跳蚤咬） 建議擺放電視 床品清潔度可加強 其他無可挑剔

Espacioso y muy bien situado

Pros: Por ser Japón la casa es grande, estuvimos 6 personas en ella y sin problema, la ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de Shinjuku y Okubo y sus líneas de metro. El apartamento estaba muy nuevo y tenía un Family Mart a pocos metros.

Cons: Si fuera un poco mas económico sería perfecto.

Good stay, location, and host.

Pros: The property owner was very attentive in responses and bringing amenities that were missing. Fixed a curtain that fell down while getting on a bed.

Cons: Wish the amenities were already there instead of having to purchase somethings. Bed moves on 3F which caused the curtain to fall, but these are easy fixes. Very small sink on 3F bathroom. I wish the door was a coded door and not key.
