Excellent location, fair price, and quality service.

Pros: he location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area and just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The neighborhood is well-located, near a major subway station and several bus stops; it has an amazing nightlife but remains very peaceful during the day. The hotel itself is incredible, offering a sensational traditional Japanese breakfast and delicious dinner options. A great highlight was the thermal bathβ€”a real showstopper. I also loved the convenience of having a store right across from the hotel and the complimentary coffee, tea, and juice in the lounge. Excellent service, fair pricing, and a wonderful stay overall!

Great location, friendly staff

Pros: Booked two rooms for two adults and a six year old to share, and definitely needed the second room. These were the smallest hotel rooms of our trip, but still comfortable enough (no room to open a large suitcase other than the bed though). The check-in process was fiddly as there was a self check-in kiosk, but the staff member that helped us was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet had minimal vegetarian options (basically baguette slices with jam), but the breakfast staff were so lovely!! This definitely had a noticeable chain feel compared to the other places we stayed, but was comfortable and fine. It was extremely close to Akasaka-Mitsuke station, and the small roads around the hotel were energetic and full of bars, pubs, convenience stores, restaurants, etc.

Cons: N/A

Comfortable Good enough space in a great location

Pros: comfortable own space and in a great location with restaurants and convenience stores close by there's also multiple stations in walk distance and the staff are pretty kind so its a good place to stay at

Cons: didn't have much that i didn't like but i guess the bathroom being a bit higher which can be a little annoying but not much of a big deal and no place to really store your suitcases inside the room but it was fine.

Excellent location. Meets all tourist needs

Pros: For me the best thing about this hotel is the location. Your are walking distance (4-7min) away from 3 different subway lines, meaning no matter where you are going in Tokyo all the touristy places are one line away. It seems to be a business district, so there are plenty of places to eat lunch and dinner.

Cons: I know its a constant in Tokyo, but the room size, if you can, go for the double bed size, not the semi double. (biggest room, not too pricey for the upgrade)

Pros: As a solo traveler, I was provided with everything I could have asked for. The hotel is 2 min away from the station, which was really helpful. The staff were really kind, especially the lady with the brown hair at Bar del Sole.

Well situated hotel with very clean rooms.

Pros: Clean and functionall room with all needed facilities; view on the street. Neighbourhood is lively, metro nearby with several lines.

Cons: Breakfast was not so special; but we appreciated there were Japanese and Western options.

Pros: The location of the hotel makes it a good base for travelling. It was very safe, our two teenagers stayed in a different room than us and we felt very comfortable doing this.

Cons: The room and bed are small, this was expected though. Not a lot of extra room for luggage or relaxing.

A nice place to stay in Tokyo.

Pros: The breakfast was delicious and served in the nice little bistro attached to the hotel. It was great to have BBC World news available on the TV. Also good to be able to connect my phone to the TV and cast my own content.

Cons: Nothing.
