A place that perfectly matched what we needed for our trip.

Pros: The amenities provided were just what we needed. The place was clean and perfectly located.

Cons: The beds were a bit firm, but that’s just a small detail that didn’t affect the comfort of our stay.

Local, cozy and quiet

Pros: Despite being a bit further from the centre, it works to its advantage, because the area is very local and quiet. There is a large supermarket nearby, as well as several restaurants. I also liked the coziness and functionality of the apartment. Highly recommended!

Cons: There was literally nothing I did not like. I would 10/10 stay at this place again there next time I am in Tokyo.

Pros: Close to umejima station..and convenience store nearby. Room is clean

Cons: Room is just nice for 3 people. But no proper place to even open our luggages inside the room.

Pros: Very clean appartment. Close to the train and supermarket. Appartmant has a washing machiene, microwave, cooking stove and pot for cooking diner i.e. everything you need to cook. Perfect for a quick stop in Tokyo. Very good instructions on how to get to and access apartments. Someone was also very quick to respond if you had a question.

Clean place with good facilities and location is very good, very close to the train station.

Pros: We liked almost everything there. Very good location clean place and having washing machine inside is very handy.

Cons: May be better instruction on how to get keys from a lock mailbox. Especially for new people its a bit hard to understand how system works. Lucky for us we had cleaner there to help us with the mailbox locking system.

Pros: excellent location: instantly close to supermarket (LIFE) and station (Umejima), room is new and clean

Clean & comfy small crib in calm Tokyo neighbourhood.

Pros: Very clean. Close to the Umejima Sky Train Station.

Cons: The degree of automation is a bit overwhelming. There were no instructions on which buttons to push before becoming able to use hot water, or for opening the window blinds.

Amazing apartment with nice amenities.

Pros: I love the place since I get a whole studio apartment for myself. The place is a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo but still close within minutes away from them. The apartment is about 3 minutes walk to the train station and close to convenience stores, restaurants, supermarket, and McDonalds! If you'd like to cook the apartment includes kitchen essentials and stove. I also love the laundry washing machine include in the room apartment!

Cons: The place is a bit further from Shibuya and Shinjuku but I love that I felt like a local as it is further from the tourist spot and more where the average Tokyo people live at.

Pros: It was quiet, and the staff were very easy to reach and were very helpful! Station was very close. Bed was comfortable. Room was small, but was nice.

Cons: It's an apartment with permanent residence, so be aware that noise should be kept to a minimum. Be aware that shoes should be taken off in the entryway. I am 6'2\
