Pros: Excellent and quite location with a comfortable stay

Cons: The WiFi connection. It’s really tough to connect to the WiFi specifically in the toilet and the remote corner of the bed

Pros: I stayed there for 10 days as a solo traveller (I'm a girl) and everything was perfect. The studio was spacious and clean, provided with towels, shampoo, etc. Itabashi is a quiet neighborhood, there's a lot of bus near the house, and the subways are 10-15 minutes away by foot.

It's very comfortable and convenient to stay for 10 days.

Pros: The place has a good size fridge, IH stove, microwave, washing machine and Wifi, and it was convenient to stay there for 10 days. When I called for some questions, the staff answered right away and it made me feel safe.

Cons: The place is in the residential area and it was hard to find. It's also a bit far from the nearest station-12 min walk. There is no convenient store nearby. The bed was a bit small.

Nice stay in a more quiet area of Tokyo.

Pros: The nice and quiet area this hotel is located in plus the train connections to the other major locations in Tokyo which was great! And if you really are hungry at a later time when most restaurants would close, there are still some options left to go for if needed!

Cons: I didn't have any bad experiences with this hotel to be honest. And I am also not really too picky either.

Pros: Nice location, the toilet was good, enough-ish space.

Cons: We came on time of check-in but a man was still cleaning, we put our freshly bought peaches on the refrigerator as he was cleaning and in the end we found out he took them, the room wasn’t very clean.
