Pros: Its is good very clean, seven 11 nearby. Also water umbrella everything is provided for free. Rooms are small but that will be the case everywhere in tokyo until you go to a five star.

Cons: It’s close to train station but this train is out of the main city you have to take one extra train every day to go to umeda and some other famous places. If you can take 1 extra train every day then its fine very close to train station you can take train and go to a station that has metro line

Good price value ratio in a quiet neighborhood, only the bathroom marred the experience

Pros: The room was very good value for its price, as it can even fit 3 people. It was well cleaned, and close to the TOBU line. The check in is automated, so you do not even have to interact with anyone to get settled in, the instructions are sent online.

Cons: Unfortunately, the bathroom was musty, and as it had no windows it couldnt be aired. Even though i had the ventillator going 24/7 it always had this bad odour and these small moth like things kept appearing from somewhere. The location is not in the city center, you need to travel 5 stops(about 15 min) on the tobu line to get to ikebukuro and the yamanote line.

Pros: + very clean + fresh interior + solid variation of hotel features (tooth brush, fresh towels, microwave, water/coffee/tea...) + easy Check-In + quiet neighbourhood + very close to Tokiwadai Station (under 5 minutes) + Konbini, Supermarket, Restaurants, coin laundry, Pachinko hall all nearby

Cons: Nothing big to complain about. Just nice to know: - most of the times transfers to central Tokyo are needed (but easy to handle) - maybe missed a glowlight or table lamp

Pros: I liked how convenient the location was! There were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby as well as other amenities. The staff were also very accommodating.

Cons: There was nothing I disliked about this property.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and close to various stores, making it easy for guests to access transportation and essentials.

Cons: Based on my experience so far, I have no comments or concerns to raise. Everything has met my expectations, and I haven't encountered any issues worth mentioning at this point.

Pros: Though the location was a bit further out of Tokyo than expected, the Tobu line was easily accessible making the majority of other JR lines available after just a 10-15 ride to Ikebukuro Station. The local area was full of surprises in terms of restaurants and cafes. Would absolutely recommend 1 Room Coffee for a quick bite and a coffee before heading out to explore or Nama Chan Brewing in Ikebukuro for the craft beer lover. Staff were helpful, access to the property was simply and easy. Quality stay for longer term visitors.

Cons: Limited amenities, but plenty of options around to purchase. Bathroom was a little small and shower was a bit outdated comparatively but still very useable.

Pros: Location was great- so many restaurants surrounding. Easy to get in and out- and close to the train station.

Pros: logement à proximité de tout, métro, convenience store, restaurants, commerces, le calme, micro-onde avec point d'eau (chaude . froide) au niveau de l'entrée du bâtiment, caméra pour la sécurité. le sol chauffé dans la petite pièce de cuisine et de la sdb de la chambre, la climatisation à dispo, la gentillesse des personnes qui est en charge de l'endroit. malgré la barrière de la langue on arrive à se comprendre avec les traducteurs. mais surtout, qu'il y ait un ascenseur car avec de grosses valises sans ascenseur, on ferait notre sport 😅

Cons: le fait d'être sur des futons, nous n'avons pas l'habitude et mon conjoint qui est assez grand et costaud avait du mal à trouver le confort pour dormir. très peu de rangement, quand on est 3 avec 3 grandes valises et des petites, on est vite à l'étroit. il faut trouver une organisation pour que tout soit accessible. dommage que l'on ne puisse pas ouvrir la fenêtre, même si on a la clim, il est aussi agréable d'avoir l'air de dehors.

Pros: Wine & Roses, the adjacent wine bar was definitely a highlight!

Cons: The heater did not get as hot as I would have liked so I had to wear multiple layers while sleeping. It is also pretty far from downtown Tokyo.
