A pleasant and comfortable stay with great value for money.
Pros: -The room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped, complete with a kitchen, fridge, and cooking utensils. -It also features an attached shower and bathroom for added convenience. -A small table is provided, making it easy to enjoy meals comfortably. -Overall, the rental price is very reasonable for the space and amenities offered.
Cons: - the location is abit far from the station, walking distance 12 min, but that’s acceptable considering the reasonable price and spacious room.

Pros: Calm and nice area with great food options close by. Train station has lots of delicious, affordable takeaway food and the neighbourhood has plenty small izakayas to sit down at. Tokyo Skytree can be seen coming back to the hotel every day.
Cons: Trash was supposed to be put out 4 times a week in the morning before 8am. I am fine sorting/washing/separating the trash for recycling, but a communal place to collect it, rather than getting up at 7am on holiday to put out trash, would be great.

Will recommend it as a lowcost staying in Tokyo
Pros: Overall is a very good and calm place, also very spacious.
Cons: For us the beds were too soft and squishy, but you can still sleep.

Definitely stay again.
Pros: We really liked the location and the hotel itself, beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. Shower had good pressure and nice & hot.
Cons: Nothing to dislike, nice and quiet.

The place was perfect, clean, and well placed near the centre of Tokyo.
Pros: We stayed in the 海 - BEACH room. The place was perfect for our plans, super clean and pretty easy to reach. We stayed 2 people but the room had 4 very comfortable beds. Shower had everything we needed as well as towels too - overal a great place to stay at.
Cons: There was only one very small sink. This wasn't an issue for 2 people, but I can imagine it feeling cramped if you are 4. The cleaning staff also came in at 10.30 even though our check out was at 11.00, which meant we had to rush out.

Spacious, nice, good location
Pros: the staff was so kind and received our luggage a few days prior our arrival and our luggage was waiting in our room when we checked in. there's a metro, supermarkets and lots of Restaurants nearby. The room is rather spacious compared to other place in Japan.
Cons: The kitchen space was rather small and the utilities available rather minimalistic. A microwave is available upstairs in the common space area. Our door lock was a bit loose but since we were In Japan we didn't have to worry to much, but would still try to fix it.

Very good stay at this price
Pros: Exceptionally clean, very well located (5 mins walk from metro/ bus). All amenities are given
Cons: It would have been great to have a water purifier/ dispenser in the common area. There is no lift, so carrying heavy luggage to upper floors could be difficult
