Spacious unit in a great location, coupled with excellent service from the host.
Pros: Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood and yet a convenient location. The room was spacious, a sliding door separating the bedroom and kitchen. The dining table fits our family of 4 perfectly, and the mini kitchenette is definitely a plus. Walking distance to 2 train stations, a JR line and the Oedo line. Lots of eateries nearby, coupled with kombinis and a mini-market.
Cons: The property was not equipped with an elevator, thus might be an issue for people with mobility issues. The unit was big but was only heated by a single unit of aircon(heater). We travelled in January (cold weather), the warmth from the heater does not reach the dining area, thus making us feel cold when we are in the dining area. It would be great if a clothes dryer is provided, though a washer is available in the unit.

Excellent location to everything.
Pros: Great property in excellent location to train lines. We were on 1st floor and wouldn’t want to be any higher without an elevator as a family. We had everything we needed and the washing machine was a huge asset as a family.
Cons: The pillows. It’s a small thing but I couldn’t sleep on completely flat pillow. They need replacing. Also need a proper bath mat for the shower.

A very comfy stay in a great location. Great facilities in the apartment. Would stay again.
Pros: Washing machine and drying room was great. Good kitchen set up with useful utensils and dishware. Comfy beds. Good location near two stations. Very easy communication with host.
Cons: Stairs were a bit hard with bigger bags and there is no lift (we were on 4th floor). Apartment space was smaller and a bit cramped in the higher floor apartment when compared with lower levels.

Very pleasant, safe and comfortable stay.
Pros: Very good communication from the property manager. Very good amenities in the property. Location was convenient.
Cons: Would have liked to have a broom and dust pan so we could clean a bit in the property.

Cons: Blackouts curtains are needed for the windows, drinking glasses were missing (only coffee mugs)

quiet, small, modern
Pros: The house is in a quiet neighbourhood. Makes for good sleep at night, but there are few attractions nearby. Even a proper supermarket is 15 minutes walk away. Restaurants are sparse, too. So you'll need to ride JR or subway almost everywhere. But once on a train, you can reach most points of interest pretty quickly. The apartment is quite modern and well equipped. A third chair would be handy, it's an apartment for 3 persons after all. It's quite small and there's almost no storage space- neither for your clothes nor for groceries. It's self-checkin, so we never met any staff. But written conversation was quick, friendly, and in good English. The aircon/heater is in an unsuitable corner of the room, so it's not that easy to get the room warm in winter.

Pros: 兩國站二號出口上來走兩分鐘就到了 再多走兩分鐘三號出口有電梯 房間很大 三人五顆行李也不會擋到走道 房間啥都有 還有炊飯機？？？很扯 反正所有電器都有 也有延長線 附近超市的牙膏跟唐吉和藥妝一樣便宜 不用從大老遠搬回來 客服回很快 而且沒事就會關心你一下 中文英文都很溜
Cons: 樓梯有點陡 行李要一顆一顆搬 洗澡的地方和馬桶間很小 不能彎腰 冰箱冷凍放冰淇淋會融化 想吃要每天去買才行
