Cons: Stairs to the upper level are quite steep and not recommendable for eldery persons or persons with knee problems.

Awesome place to stay at in a group right in the center of Tokyo

Pros: Awesome and clean space in great location with plenty of convenience stores nearby. There are umbrellas you can borrow, which is great when for the rainy days.

Cons: We had some issues heating the place up as the heating is done via air-conditioner, but it might be just that we are not used to the way thing works in Japan.

Pros: house is more spacious than other places. complete facilities for families. close to metro station, convenience store, laundromat, supermarket that is open until 12 at night. Perfect for my family. host/management who cares a lot.

Buon compromesso ma da rivedere

Pros: La posizione, vicino alla fermata della metro Ryogoku e dei treni. L'appartamento è molto molto rumoroso, non ci sono finestre isolanti e la notte la via è abbastanza trafficata. Anche le ambulanze. Necessari i tappi per le orecchie.

Cons: Check-in complicato, nonostante l'abbia fatto online mesi prima l'ho dovuto ripetere. Altra cosa che non ci è piaciuta anche se era specificato, è stato il check-in alle 17.00, è troppo tardi! Siamo arrivati alle 8.00 e abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli solo alle 13.00. Nessun loxker nelle vicinanze. Consiglio alla struttura di rivedere gli orari perchè così si perde molto tempo. Poche stoviglie, una pentolina per 4 persone davvero piccola, e non è stato possibile averne un'altra.

Pros: We had an amazing time at this property during our visit to Tokyo. The space was incredibly spacious, which was perfect since we were traveling as a family of 5 with six pieces of luggage! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was a great bonus for reheating our favorite convenience store meals. Wi-fi is also fast and easy to connect unlike the other reviews that i read. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from the metro, making it super easy to explore all areas of the city. Whether we were heading to Shibuya, Shinjuku, or Asakusa, getting around was a breeze. If you also peek at the stairs you can see a glimpse of the Tokyo Skytree. The host was also very helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free spot to stay in Tokyo!

Pros: Lieu confortable et bien situé, près du métro (10 mins) et du parc d'Ueno. On peut aller au temble Senso-ji en une balade à pieds de 20 mins. Le quartier est tranquille. L'appartement bénéfice d'une cuisine et d'une table, suffisant pour se faire un bon petit déjeuner.

Cons: Le bruit de la rue, avec les sirènes pendant la nuit que l'on perçoit dans la chambre supérieure. Le confort de la nuit s'en ressent. Surtout avec le jetlag.

両国でのイベント遠征時の宿に最適だと思います！

Pros: 清掃が行き届いていて浴室とトイレと布団が綺麗でよかったです！空調も完備されています。 宿のロケーションが最高です。駅近くでとても良かったと思います。

Cons: 2階へ続く階段がとても急だったので階段に滑り止めなどのテープ類貼った方がいいと思います。 宿のチェックイン時のpad操作が少し分かりにくかったかなと思います。10件ほど泊まりましたが、通話をお願いされるホストさんは初めてで、その説明をもう少し詳しく知りたかったです。

Pros: L'emplacement est bon et à proximité des transports et toutes commodités. L'hébergement est propre et équipé.

Cons: Le bruit des voitures la nuit. Manque de sonorisation. L'escalier de l'appartement est dur à monter
