A great flat, for a good price, in a central location, with a generous and polite host. Perfect!

Pros: Stayed for a month, and I can say that it was the most perfect location. Easy access to two metro lines, to great shops and restaurants, in the city center, but also a quiet location. The neighbourhood -Kagurazaka- itself is well worth a visit too, as it has so many superb spots. The host is an absolute gentleman, very polite and attentive. Getting in was also easy. Loved every moment spent there, would love to return!

Pros: Conveniently located just across the road from a train station. Plenty of floor space even with a double bed, futon, sofa and low table sharing the same room. Host is friendly and responds quickly to queries.

Cons: The bathroom sink does not have warm water, but as the kitchen sink does this isn't much of an issue. There is no elevator, so guests with heavy/bulky luggage or mobility issues might find it difficult to climb the stairs to the third floor.

Cons: Clothes washer setup is de-minimus but with the heat pump mini-split providing air drying worked well enough (if you know how to use Japanese washers).

Pros: Gostamos das instalações, bem confortáveis, mas nesta acomodação sentimos que instruções mais detalhadas sobre o uso de facilidades/equipamentos ajudariam o usuário. O acesso em degraus sem corrimões para apoio não é adequado para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. A maior dificuldade foi o endereço do local que os táxis não conseguem identificar para chegar. O atendimento dos administradores foi excelente, amigável e imediato, estamos agradecidas.
