Fast, reliable and conveniently placed
Pros: Comfortable and very close to the train station. It’s very bare but you’re paying for the convenience not the rooms.

Almost perfect
Pros: Location, location, location! Very near Tozai Kagurazaka eki and Toei Oedo Ushigome-Kagurazaka eki and Iidabashi eki which virtually takea you anywhwere from Sanrio Putoland (Tama) to Yokohama Chinatiwn - in one ride. Not to mention Kagurazaka itself, everything and anything you will ever need phyically, mentally, spuritually, gastronically, and shoppingly, financially, and even pachinkoly are all there. Host Kouzi was responsive on our queries so as we were not left in the dark. And such a quiet side of Shjnjuku-ku. Would definitely recommend the property.
Cons: You had to do a but of cleaning up yourself once you got to the property. Aircon units need quite a bit of dusting off (I had to clean the filters myself) to save the family of reapiratory drama. Mata, the fllor needs a wipe off especially under the couch - I didn't dare touch it anymore. The dust buildup kept on recirculating and even I vacuumed up everyday, seemingly dust and hair came out of nowhere as if cleaning never happened.

Pros: The rent was really comfortable and has a lot of space The neighbourhood is lovely with many good restaurants
Cons: It was a bit noisy during the night with the car traffic so maybe earplugs included could be nice

Loved it here
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. It's very close to public transport and convenience stores. There is also a vending machine for drinks right outside of the building. The apartment is clean and has everything you would need. The owner is very friendly and helpful and responds to messages very quickly.

It was very comfortable and very convenient.
Pros: The apartment is just a couple of minutes walk from the nearest train station and it is not hard to find. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is a plus that there is a supermarket and convenience store nearby and a coin laundry place. The host is very responsive to is despite us being foreigners. It is very easy communicating with him.
Cons: You have to be prepared to take the stairs especially when you have big luggages. There is a ramp going to the street of the apartment but you will need to drag it up the staircase especially that our room is in the second floor. But otherwise it was such a pleasant experience.

great place and very good area
Pros: great!! not too small, has a balcony, very clean and comfortable. only wish they gave us more bedsheets as the mattresses were barely covered. overall very good . next to 3 metro stations with a mini market right next to the house
