Pros: First of all, the location is excellent. It is just 100-150 m away from the nearest metro line. The house was very clean with clear instructions (in English) on how to use the various appliances and how to dispose of the waste. The host was gracious and respectful when he came to collect the payment. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at G&R House.

Amazing Tokyo experience

Pros: The apartment is close to E05 subway stop (Oedo line). The district is quiet and very clean and few minute far there are streets with shops and restaurants... and japanese public bathhouse (sento). Near the metro exit there is a 7Eleven minimarket open 24/24. The apartment is clean and welcoming. Free WiFi and all the necessari are in the house. I appreciated everything and the manager let us the apartment availableimmediately upon our arrival. Everything was wonderful.

Pros: Very comfortable beds, and lovely Japanese bath. We enjoyed the neighborhood as well! Lots of cute shops and restaurants close by.

Pros: Great location, just 2 minutes to get Ushigome-Kagurazaka station, 8 minutes to Libadashi station,, so easy to go places in Tokyo. Lively neighborhood, a lot of restaurants, groceries, convinient stores surounding. Highly recomened, especially family. Easy to get there. Just take Keisei line express from Narita airport, Terminal 2 to Ueno station, then change to Odeo line to Ushigome-Kagurazaka station, exit 2 and walk up hill 200m to the apartment.

Very nice space and convenient location

Pros: The location was PERFECT! Right next to the station, so commuting was very easy our entire trip. And the beds were so comfy. A extremely short walk to 7-11 for those quick/late-night snacks. There were many other shops and cafes close by as well. It was only 3 of us staying, but the size of the home was perfect for all of us and didn’t feel cramped. The host was also friendly and accommodating, and did what he could to work with our schedule and make the whole process smooth for us. I will definitely book again the next time I’m in Tokyo!

Highly recommended!

Pros: Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Easy to follow the instructions - no issues. The apartment is well located. Very close to the metro stations. Seven-eleven, family mart and supermarket nearby. Loads of restaurants couple of streets down. The host is friendly, polite and very responsive. Host left a pack which contains instructions on how to separate the rubbish, where to leave it, how to go around and where to visit - very helpful. The apartment was clean and it is fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances needed during our stay. Washing machine and air conditioning available. We had a great time and would stay again.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great during our stay.
