Pros: Great apartment in a great location, walking distance to subway; Large Sofa, many beds all in the large living room from one side to another (pictures doesn't show the real display, it has change, though its like 2 double beds + 2 singles, no bunk beds), so its good for a family or some friends; Its like a mini-loft on the 6th floor, with a little terrace, large dining table, nice for a long stay! Host is only via WhatsApp!!!! (or via the Booking messages) Communication is fine. You can leave your luggages before check in from midday til 16h (check-out is 10am, a bit short and check-in 16h!!)
Cons: Well, in winter, you better put the heater all day long to heat the whole place, there is only one AC, needs 2 at least! its placed only in one side, so its cold on the other side, windows are single glazed; I guess in summer its the same!

Pros: Great location and very spacious studio apartment (by Japanese standards).
Cons: The mattresses were thin and not overly comfortable. Host did not send a plumber to tend to our blocked bath tub drain.

Pros: Spacious Comfortable Quiet Close To the busy areas but not crowded
Cons: Bathroom is old fashioned Bunk bed is creaky and loud when you go up and down in the night No mirror outside the bathroom meant we had to wait for the bathroom to use a mirror

Pros: Spacious, cozy, new and clean. Close to subway. I'd recommend to put a lamp near dining table, so that I can work on my computer while main lights are off (my family sleeps early). Overall it was a great stay.
Cons: The washing machine failed to drain the clothes.

Pros: The Location is good, and more quieter than the central area. 15mins walking to Shinjuku station, 3mins walking to Shinjuku National garden. Convenient store, coffee shop providing breakfast just around . The apartment is very cozy, very friendly for family. We can have meals on the big dinning table. We really enjoyed the time there. And many thanks for the prompt reply to let us can checkin in time.

Perfect apartment in a great location!
Pros: Very nice apartment, quite large for Japan, in an excellent part of Shinjuku. Walkable to lots of great restaurants, bars, attractions, and train stations. Excellent instructions for getting there and into the building. We definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
Cons: The bidet didn't work.

Spacious and really good for group of friends coming to stay in Tokyo
Pros: It was very spacious and open and i loved the fact it was really clean compared to what people were sayinga in the reviews. most mainly i like how it was very close to the main areas in Tokyo ( Roppongi, Shibuya, Harajuku,etc). Overall think it was really worth the price.
Cons: The AC wasn’t cool enough for us since we were here in summer. I think it will be kinda cold if you’re coming to stay here during winter.

地理位置好、房間又大、房主也很棒！讚啦！這5晚住的特別開心，而且地鐵線是很方便的丸之內線，可以一路坐到池袋，大推大推！！更不用說中間還會到新宿、銀座、東京車站，超棒啦！
Pros: 地理位置特別好，房間又寬敞很舒服，超棒的！！ 跟房主詢問事情都很有禮貌的回覆而且都不會不耐煩，天使啊！！之後再來日本肯定要繼續搶這間來住🤣🤣🤣 而且冰箱也很大！ 可以塞塞塞，不怕買了冰淇淋、牛奶、甜點沒地方冰！ 冰箱就是家用大冰箱，不過是瘦的但絕對夠用喔！ 還有洗衣機就在浴室入口旁邊，衣服脫下來就可以丟進去洗有夠方便💕 雖然大房間只有一台大空調冷氣但夠用喔！ 不要小看冷氣機，有夠賣力的工作🤣🤣🤣 床的話都很棒！不過另一張需要攤開的床有點凹陷🤣🤣🤣不過不影響我睡就是了，枕頭基本上都是偏軟的喔！
Cons: 真要說不滿意的地方，廁所門比較難關難鎖喔！但可以鎖上，要花點力氣跟角度（？？？ 只有一台冷氣，但就像我說的，是夠用的而且很冷（溫度稍微低一點要睡再調高） 然後入住有發現洗衣機底盤有水但完全不影響喔！第一時間就有跟房主說，隔天就有請員工過來檢查，特別有效率！ 怕睡到肩頸痛的可能要想一下辦法（攤開那張床），一般的床都很好睡👌
