Pros: Easy going host, and willing to help in my stay. The apartment is very confortable, illuminated and modern. The bathroom could be bit better but thats ok, not an issue.

Highly recommend, great location, great for large family / group.

Pros: Very easy to access apartment, clear instructions, great location to public transport both trains & busses. Very close to supermarket & plenty of close restaurants.

Cons: Suggest having a toaster available. Apartment was a little noisy from nearby street.

Lovely apartment in good location in Shinjuku with a minuscule bathroom!!

Pros: The apartment was well fitted out, and the decor was lovely. Clear instructions were left for everything in English. Getting into the apartment at check-in was really easy. Having two double beds was fantastic & the main reason I booked the apt. It was in a very quiet area. The metro was a 4/ 5 min max walk around the corner. Supermarkets were 3/4 min walk away. Loads of restaurants & coffee shops were all in close vicinity of the apt. The location was superb for your stay in Shinjuku.

Cons: The bathroom was tiny & I mean maximum 1.5m x 1.5m. I've never seen a bathroom so small!! The pillows on the bed were like sleeping on hard planks of wood. They were horrible. I ended up using the cushions to try & get some sleep as my neck was so sore from using the pillows. I messaged the letting agent requesting a late check out of one hour on our last day to match in with our travel time to the airport to catch our international flight. They refused, stating they had to clean the apt for incoming guests. Check-in being 3pm & Check out being 10am, so they apparently needed 6 hours to clean a very small apt, which was absolutely ridiculous. The cleaner knocked on the door at 10 am, sharp on our checkout day. The letting agent did not show any leeway on the checkout time. One hour would have still given the cleaner plenty of time to get the apt ready for the next guests. We had a very long international flight home, which I explained, but they didn't care. I have never experienced such rigidity before!!

Excellent Stay!

Pros: The accommodation was renovated in February, with updated facilities that made for a very comfortable stay. Room 403 was equipped with a large TV and a Nintendo Switch, which I really enjoyed during my stay! Although there is no front desk, the host was incredibly responsive and answered my questions quickly, making me feel at ease throughout my stay.

New and clean rooms

Pros: Since the accommodation was newly renovated in February 2025, it felt very clean and comfortable. The beds were also fresh and cozy, allowing me to get a great night’s sleep. Located in the heart of Shinjuku, it’s a convenient spot for sightseeing and shopping.

Cons: However, the building does not have an elevator, and access to the fourth floor is by stairs only, which might be a bit challenging if you have large luggage. That said, I was informed about this in advance, so it wasn’t an issue, but guests with a lot of luggage may want to keep this in mind.

Stylish and comfortable space

Pros: I stayed at this newly renovated accommodation in February 2025, and the stylish interior was absolutely charming! The attention to detail was evident, creating a calm and comfortable space to relax in. The check-in and check-out process was seamless using a passcode system which made everything very convenient. While the bathroom itself hasn’t been renovated, it was compact yet well-maintained and clean. Plus, it was stocked with essentials like shampoo and body soap, making it comfortable to use.

Good stay, not the best of the best, but for the price, not bad.

Pros: Great room, it had counter space, table space, hanger space, and a washer/dryer. Stayed in room 401 and it was very clean. Also only 3 minute walk to the train station, that was only 2 stops from Shinjuku station, great hub.

Cons: I didn’t mind, but I know going up 4 flights of stairs can be a lot for some people. And the bathroom was the most dated bathroom I had seen in Japan. It was still clean and usable. Just tight space is all, probably 5’ x 5’ including toilet, sink, and shower. Definitely be weary if you are needing more space in that area. For my family it was manageable for a couple days.

Pros: *Très bon emplacement dans quartier Shinjuku et proche métro *Très propre

Cons: *Salle de bain très basique et très petite (info: WC standard non type japonais) * Pas de double vitrage et on entend le soir les clients du bar très poche du logement

Idéal pour découvrir Tokyo

Pros: 1eres nuits au Japon. On a adoré l’emplacement, le confort du lit, l’appart est parfait

Estuvo muy muy bien, salvo escalera.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien, con todo lo que hay que tener para una estadía corta. Tiene una escalera empinada para entrar (tres tramos).No hay ascensor. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de muchos puntos de interés a pie. Metro muy cerca. Muchos restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados en la vuelta.
