Pros: Located in a nice area. Close to the station. Comfortable bed. Washing machine Kitchen area Great value for money

Cons: The concrete is wall was freezing A little like being in a shipping container.

Pleasant escape from the huzz and buzz of downtown Tokyo.

Pros: Location was in a very nice quiet neighbourhood and there was nice local cafe's and a train stop very near. The room itself was very clean and had fairly well equipped kitchen area. The room was just big enough for two people to exist comfortably. Would recommend!

Cons: The only thing that bothered me on my stay was the fact that the floors were quite slippery especially after shower EVEN after drying feet and floor well. Even a bit of water could be to make the floor very slippery so be careful.

The best trip ever!

Pros: Everything was good! We loved the location so much, that it's our fav place now. Thank you for the great stay.

Cons: We couldn't figure out if we could get new set of towels as we have been staying in this place for 3 weeks.

Comfy Japanese apartment

Pros: Nice spacious apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Comfy beds. TV with movies. Clean. Modern.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Perfect price/quality ratio

Pros: Very convenient location. Naka-Itabashi station is a couple of minutes walk away. The room had absolutely everything that was indicated when booking. Check-in was super easy and took literally a minute. All consumables were in abundance. Quiet area, slightly thin walls, but cars rarely pass by. There is a 7/11 and family mart nearby

Cons: The room itself was clean and smelled nice, but in some places such as tops of mirrors or windowsills there was a lot of dust

Pros: The apartment was nice, well-equipped, modern and clean. Good communication with the city center.

Cons: It was quite challenging with two big suitcases, the room is way too small.

Pros: 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes to Ikebukuro A whole albeit small apartment (Japanese style) Laundry Table/Desk TV with Netflix Clean Nice polite staff (Japanese style) Low price when I stayed

Cons: The neighbourhood is calm, but the apartment is not quite, cars drive past 1m from your bedroom window - very little traffic but one car is enough to wake you up as light sleeper Thin walls so you can hear the neighbours if they talk Inflexible staff (Japanese style)

Pros: Needs a balcony to dry clothes but otherwise ok, shower can dry the clothes too

Pros: This pĺace is tucked away in a nice and quiet little area on the outskirts of the busy city. There is still a nice vibe around with lots of eating options.

Cons: Our room (101) was on the ground floor, right by the entrance and road, which was sometimes quite noisy with people or cars going by. The curtain above the bed was also too thin, so the light from the front entrance (that's turned on all evening) was shining through into the room, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep.
