Overall a great place to stay and enjoy Tokyo from. We had a group of 5 and this was a great size for us and great value

Pros: Great location, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, great food in the area, close to the train station. The rooftop was a great little extra to enjoy but you did need to climb the ladder to enjoy it. Hosts were responsive and checked in. Would stay here again

Cons: Couple of things to consider if staying in this lovely place. The stairwell is narrow but there is a handrail. We were there in winter and we did find the bathroom a bit cool as it is on the entry level without heating but once in the shower, it was fine.

Convenient and comfortable

Pros: Great location, very comfortable beds, really cool rooftop balcony.

Cons: Difficult getting luggage upstairs and minimal storage.

Lovely quiet location close to everything

Pros: The location was so convenient! Yoyogi station was a short walk away, with many restaurants, cafes, a McDonalds and convenience stores nearby. Yet the property is in a quiet suburban street. The property was well stocked in the kitchen bathrooms and laundry facilities were excellent. We appreciated having the bigger space in Tokyo!

Cons: The layout of the property is a bit awkward with narrow stairs and the shower room by the front door.

Amazing would 100% stay here again

Pros: Everything Location - so good cleanliness - one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in spacious - so much space for our family ammenities - they have thought of everything 🫶🏻🙏🏻🤩 There was nothing they didn’t have Absolutely amazing apartment to stay

Extremely convenient and quiet place to stay in a busy crowded city.

Pros: The property is so close to literally everything, Yoyogi train station, 7-eleven, Lawson, supermarket, and all kind of Japanese food stores. Very quiet place to stay.

Cons: The stairs, need some effort to bring the heavy luggages up the floor as they are quite narrow even though with stair handle. In addition, appreciate if the owner can consider additional clothes hanger inside the bathroom.

Pros: Very convenient location – just a few minutes’ walk from the JR station. Spacious and family-friendly – plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. Well-stocked with household essentials – everything you need for a smooth stay. Large common room – perfect for family members to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.

If I come to Tokyo again in the future, I will choose to stay here again.

Pros: The location is very good, close to the city center but quiet. Convenience stores and McDonald's are a one-minute walk away. Shinjuku Station is a ten-minute walk away, and Donki is right next to it. The owner's service is very friendly and responsive. One day I sent a text message to report that the wifi speed had slowed down. When I came back from shopping, the owner had already fixed it and left a letter to let me know. He also left a small gift to apologize, which was very heartwarming.

Cons: The stairs are narrow and slanted, which may be a little inconvenient for the elderly or carrying luggage. (But this is usually the case in Japanese B&Bs)

Pros: Perfect location! Lots of beds. Clean and neat house overall. 5/5 would stay again!

Tokyo's Hidden Gem

Pros: Everything. Even before arriving, the host has already extended their warmth to us and greeted our family with open arms when arrived. The home is very cozy. We are a traveling family of 10 and we can fit in comfortably. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location is another best thing about the place, less than 100 meter from the JR Yamanote Line Yoyogi Station and bus stop. The Shibuya Station and bus stop is also just whiskers away. Cafe's are all around. Imagine walking out of the house and McDonald's greetings you. Familymart and Lawson are also very very close. But two 7-Elevens in area.. now that's a bonus. Overall, a must go to place if you're coming to Tokyo. Accessibility is fantastic and it fits travelers in groups comfortably. Again, thank you so much to the host and staff. Couldn't wait to return here in the future

Cons: None actually. Well not to say not to like but it's just part of the Japanese experience. The house is 3 storey high with an attic/loft connected to a rooftop terrace (that's another bonus) which children can use as playhouse. Just make sure to have the door locked or supervised by an adult. The staircase is a bit narrow so be careful when lifting your luggage upstairs. My advise is to keep the luggage in the Ground Floor room and only bring what needed to the upper levels. It helps when doing laundry when your luggage are downstairs
