Very good

Pros: Amazing location. We could easily walk to Shinjuku in under 5 minutes and conveniently close to train station. Room was spacious enough for 4 and had a tiny balcony as well.

Cons: Bathroom was extremely small.

Overall very pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable place

Pros: Location was excellent, easy access to Shinjuku Station. The apartment was also easy to find and access to the apartment was exactly as described by the host. Actual condition of the apartment was exactly as advertised, no surprises there.

Cons: The apartment itself was nice, clean and comfortable, but the surroundings (outside the apartment) looked a bit old and tired. The place is rather small for 4 person, but that is to be expected for properties in Tokyo.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé, à 5mn de la gare de shinjuku mais dans un quartier calme avec plein de petits restos. Logement fidèle à la description, le petit balcon est un plus. L’hôte est très réactif et sympathique.
