Pros: The area is well connected by trains and plenty of food/shopping options. Hotel is clean, secure and easy to find. The shower is fantastic as well.

Pros: Very clean apartment, modern and clean shower, a lot of sunlight, comfortable mattress. Easy walk from Kasai station. Access with code makes check in and check out super convenient regardless of the hour. Friendly host.

Cons: - average wifi, connection would often drop or lag. - The place is perfect if you don't plan to cook of wash your clothes. Kitchen is outside of the appartment and not very equiped, the washing mashine is also outside and there aren't any rack to dry your clothes. However, there is a coin laundry in front of the building.

Pros: Location is a total win! 7–8 min stroll from Kasai station, with a 24h supermarket and drugstore right around the corner. The room's even bigger than the pics—double bed, bunk bed, plus a sofa bed, so two adults and three kids crashed no problem and we still had floor space for all our suitcases. Kitchen's got pots, microwave, washer, AC, Wi-Fi—just show up with your backpack and you're set.

Pros: 7 eleven near by and train station about a 10 minute walk

Cons: A little cold at night even with heater.

Pros: 住宿地點距離葛西站走路約莫5-10分鐘，出車站就有24H超市可以採買，住宿外面也有7-11，相當方便。 空間大小足夠，也有附上盥洗備品，非常貼心滿意！ 而且以住宿的價格來說，相當超值，一個晚上才1000多元台幣。

Cons: 葛西區本身就屬於蛋白區，要前往鬧區有點費時，但這跟房東沒什麼關係！

The perfect stay in Tokyo

Pros: This property was in a very nice area! Quiet and relaxed compared to the center of Tokyo, but still “busy” enough to find something to do. Very close to Kasai station. It was easy and simple to get from one side of Tokyo to the other. 7-eleven right across the street. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The room was clean and spacious enough to fit and open 2 big luggages. There was a laundry machine and kitchen on the same floor which was incredibly useful. The bathroom was nice. I especially liked that it had a heated toilet seat and bidet. Some amenities were provided. It did get fairly cold at night but nothing a good sweater and pants can’t fix. My room included a balcony which was wonderful as I could get some fresh air. I stayed for about 3 weeks and I haven’t found a place as good as this one since! I definitely recommend staying here. Looks exactly like in the photos. Customer service was very welcoming and friendly.

Cons: There was some construction nearby on one of the nights which made it hard to sleep, but otherwise, the stay was perfect. Obviously, this aspect was out of the property’s control. Also, there was no room cleaning. This would’ve been fine if I had been staying for a shorter time, but because I stayed for 3 weeks, a fair amount of dust had picked up by the time I was leaving. But it was nothing I couldn’t handle :)

Nice and comfortable stay

Pros: Location was good, 7-11 and Hoto Motto are just around the corner. Was near to both Kasai and Nishi Kasai station. There are many good Indian restaurant in Nishi Kasai which is 10-12 mins on walk.

Pros: 部屋に入る為に番号を入れる必要があるので安全である。 主さんがとても親切でした。 部屋の中はとても綺麗で清潔でした！

Cons: ・メイク用の大きい鏡が部屋の入口にしかなくそこでメイクするのは困難な為、大きい鏡を持参する必要あり。 ・エレベーターの中が凄く臭かったです。
