Fantastic hotel would 100% recommend

Pros: Deluxe room was large and luxurious with a very comfortable bed. Lots of little extra's including pyjamas. Room had a lovely view overlooking Japanese garden. 7-11 downstairs and coffee shop in adjourning hotel were very handy, Staff were so friendly and helpful, would heartily recommend and if we're lucky enough to visit Tokyo again we will once again choose to stay here.

Cons: Room was very warm upon arrival but had a portable AC and opened window for a while and it soon cooled down. Took a while to find as there were 4 Prince hotels in the immediate area.

A calm and relaxing bubble in the middle of a busy metropolis. Highly recommended.

Pros: Our room was spacious, extremely clean and well-appointed, with a very comfortable mattress and more than ample closet space for clothes and suitcases. The staff were very courteous and efficient, and we especially appreciated the old-school style doorman service when it came to calling taxis and explaining to the driver where we wanted to go. The gardens surrounding the hotel are beautifully-tended and they were ablaze with autumn colour while we were there. That alone was worth our stay. There's also a small 7-Eleven which comes in handy when you crave a midnight snack.

Will need to find another hotel, which can take care of vegetarian travellers

Pros: room was great, spacious. Hotel location was convenient, and centrally located.

Cons: The spread of breakfast. They need to understand that catering to international travellers, they need to have a few hot vegetarian breakfast dishes, which do not contain eggs etc. Very poor choice for us as vegetarians.

Pros: Very very comfortable bed. Smooth check in. Good breakfast.

Cons: A little further than anticipated from Shinagawa train station, its up a hill and lots of road works with uneven pavements to navigate. Dont get confused with Prince Hotel which is a different set of hotels closer to station.

Enjoyed although I think rooms need an upgrade

Pros: Breakfast once was fine. The concierge staff are very helpful and friendly. The bar/restaurant very nice and staff lovely

Cons: I didn’t feel that the reception staff were willing to help. This was our 4th stay at your hotel , no understanding/appreciation of a returning patron.

Pros: Very nice complex for buildings. Quick walk to Shinagawa Stn made it very easy to get in from the airport.

Cons: The room was far too hot and there was no way to turn off the heater. We ended up opening the window in the middle of winter. From outside, we could see many other guests had done this.
