Great place to stay!

Pros: Very well connected and nice space for groups. Good price and everything was clean :)

Cons: The stairs to the second floor (where the rooms are) are quite steep. Something to have in mind with kids or when traveling with elders.

Pros: 1) near mrt 2) clean 3) awesome neighbourhood. So quiet. 4) friendly host and provide quick reply 5 ) perfect for family

Cons: 1) electric - suddenly will be off automatically. However, it will on automatically after 5sec 2) no bidet at toilet. But they have sink with water tap to take the water 3) sometimes the warmer not working very well. It was unpleasant if we stay during winter

Pros: Compact, but had everything we needed. We enjoyed being in a residential rather than touristy location. Well connected for public transport, but also walkable to Skytree and beyond e.g. Asakusa via Sakurabashi bridge. Budget friendly.

Pros: Apartment was really and cozy. Went during spring and thankfully the heater was working, otherwise it would be cold. The beds were comfortable too!

Cons: Second floor's tap were a bit faulty, with loose hot water knob. @Owner, if you are reading please send someone to fix it! Other than this, it has been a good stay for us

Pros: Great spot to relax and close enough to shops and restaurants to adventure locally. Easy access to Metro and Subway lines. A pleasant riverside walk to Asakusa.

Cons: If using a JR Pass there isn't to a JR station close station

Portugal 🇵🇹

Pros: A casa é antiga mas muito tradicional o que é ótimo para quem quer sentir maior proximidade com a cultura e o estilo de vida do Japão. É um bairro muito residencial, ao lado de uma escola. A casa tem tudo o que é necessário e é bastante confortável mesmo sendo antiga. O metro e o comboio são próximos, cerca de 5/6 minutos a pé. Junto à estação pode-se encontrar lojas de conveniência, supermercados, e restaurantes. É possível ir a pé até à Tokyo Skytree, atravessar o Rio Sumida e ir ao bairro mais antigo de Tokyo - Asakusa.

Cons: O bairro é muito residencial então não tem muita oferta de restaurantes e lojas de conveniência, a não ser mais perto da estação (que não é muito longe). A disposição da casa é um pouco estranha uma vez que tem o lavatório no 1º andar mas a WC no R/C. As escadas são bastante íngremes.

Muito agradável e voltaria sem hesitar.

Pros: A localização num bairro residencial na área de Sumida e muito perto da estação de Hikifune, facilitou-nos muito as deslocações. A casa é um prédio numa esquina, com supermercados e zonas de serviço muito próximas. A casa está bem decorada e equipado, é bem bonita por dentro.

Cons: O facto da casa de banho ser muito pequena e no andar de baixo não facilita muito as coisas. Algumas obras de manutenção eram bem-vindas, talvez afagar as paredes de madeira e envernizá-las daria outra vida à casa.
