The FLAT 103

Pros: The best accomodation from our entire trip! Our host was amazing and allowed us to drop our bags to our room hours before check in time. This allowed us a much easier day of exploring, luggage free. Our host was always quick to reply to any and all our messages. The Flat was super clean and well thought out. We could also extend our check out time. Amazing value. I will definetly be booking the Flat on our next trip to Japan. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. You made the end of our trip amazing!!! Arigatou gozaimasu 😁

Cons: It was all exceptional.

Felt like home.

Pros: The accomodation was near a lot of grocery stores, we also visited a nearby Christian church. Everything was clean and spotless, from the living room to the kitchen and bathroom. We had access to the air conditioner/heater, stove and the tv. Good views of the Tokyo sky tower especially when you walk to the main road, around a 30 minute walk to Asakusa passing the Sumida river which made it worth it. If we had to visit Japan again we would definitely stay here again. :)

Pros: Location was very convenient to stations and places of interest

Pros: The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The owner/host was extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us to have a late check-out which we truly appreciated. The location is convenient, and the place feels safe and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

High quality flat in calm neighborhood, good value for price

Pros: It was a clean, modern flat with everything you would realistically need on your travels. It is located in a very calm area of Tokyo not that far away from a train station. The owners were nice and responded very quickly!

Cons: The space to take off your shoes at the entrance was a bit cramped.

Pros: the location for me was great and the comfort of the loft was amazing

Cons: the bed was not the most comfortable but I understand as this is an individual’s loft. Mattresses are expensive

Pros: This is a compact, simple, little apartment which is clean and functional. It was nice to have a washing machine and the neighbourhood is quiet.

Pros: The apartment was located in a very quiet and secure area with easy access by transport. The apartment was very clean and functional. It is very practical to have your own small kitchen and a washing machine. It had everything I needed for the stay. The bed was very comfortable. The host was available, he responds very quickly when needed. Check in and check out are very easy, you don't waste time. I really had a great stay in this apartment. I really recommend it and I will definitely come back to this accommodation when I return to Tokyo. I would like to thank the host for his kindness and availability but also for the great work he does because the place is very nice and very clean. You are very deserving. Logement agréable pour un court séjour

Pros: L’emplacement très pratique, à proximité de deux gares et situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme.

Cons: La luminosité qui peut empêcher de dormir ainsi que le matelas.
