Convenient, clean and great customer service

Pros: Excellent location, short walk to trains and buses, clean, excellent customer service and good communication even when we had to make alterations to our booking, very helpful.

Cons: Mattresses could be better - the only slight downer on an otherwise fabulous place.

Amazing accommodation would stay here again.

Pros: Loved the layout of beds and the short walk to Skytree Station and shopping centre , we also liked how quiet the area was and the variety of convenience shops near by.

Great location and value for money.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to 2 train stations, lots of convenience stores and The Sky Tree. Small room but clean and functional and great value for money. Good communication from management.

Cons: Beds not very comfortable, like sleeping on a mattress topper with no mattress

Wonderful stay for groups, but be wary if you all have big luggage

Pros: The bed arraignment was amazing, and the tv was in a great spot so all of ou could watch a movie and sleep to it.

Cons: Nothing you guys can do, but 4 guys feel very cramped in there, especially with luggage, maybe adding area for it but it's hard to get more space.

Awesome stay.

Pros: The hotel was fantastic. The bunks were fantastic for a family of 4. The facilities were very clean and staff very welcoming. Easy travel around part of Tokyo and sounds. Skytree walking distance as well as bars and restaurants. Take a few drinks to the roof top and enjoy the changing lights of the skytree.

Excellent stay near Tokyo Skytree.

Pros: Great location. Close to Skytree, the Tokyo Solomachi shopping centre and Oshiage Station. Loved that the place had a lift (no need to carry bags up stairs) and the room was spacious for Japanese standards. Loved the double sized bunk beds too.

Cons: Nothing, the place was great and highly recommended.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would look to stay here again.

Pros: Contained everything we needed and was in a great location.

Cons: Being our first stop in Japan it was a shock to find that the ‘bedrooms’ weren’t actually bedrooms but bunks with curtains. It was also a little squishy for 6 people with 6 large bags.

Great for group or family!

Pros: Plenty of room for 4 of us, great that shower and toilet were separate. Loved having washer / dryer midway through our trip. Own space with charging point on each bunk. Location very convenient

Cons: No plates or cutlery for kitchen made eating more challenging than planned

Cute and comfortable room close to Skytree - highly recommend!

Pros: Great and convenient location with shopping mall and Skytree in walkable distance. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Check-in was really smooth and staff are responsive. We enjoyed the spacious room with four adults and one infant. Packing luggage and spending time together in the evening was no problem at all.
