Pros: The location is perfect...walking distance to 4 stations and one subway station. It was very clean and comfortable! I had some problem with the heater on the first way and it was quickly fixed. Recommended highly!

Pros: Great location, easy walk to shops and food and Shinjuku night-life.

Cons: A little cramped and nowhere to sit apart from bed but first time to Japan. Not really a complaint just an observation. One thing I would say is there is no sign for Hotel and when we turned up around 11pm was quite hard to work out where to go.. apart from that all good

Pros: We absolutely loved this apartment! The location is about 12 minutes away from Okubo and Shin-Okubo where all the hustle and bustle is, close enough to Shinjuku to reach it in under 30 minutes but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. It was clean and it had everything we needed. Check-in was also very easy so overall, a great stay - would highly recommend.

Pros: It’s neat and clean, the bathroom was separate into wet and dry area.

Cons: No floor mat was provided for the toilet.

Overall, I really liked it! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Pros: The location is a bit far out, but it’s still within a comfortable walking distance to the JR station. The area is very quiet and peaceful, which made the stay even more relaxing.

Cons: There’s no elevator, and since I visited in autumn/winter with several large suitcases, carrying them upstairs was exhausting.

Pros: Such an amazing spot to stay in Tokyo! It's not too far from Shinjuku City and it had all of the amenities that we might need. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice spot that is excellent value for money!

Pros: Spacious apartment on 5th floor in a new building, with 2 separate bedrooms, balcony and all necessary amenities. Close to different metro lines and stores. Owner was helpful and communicative.

Cons: It's more of a booking fault when it comes to categories - this is not a hotel with reception, but an apartment. The rooms were very cold, but there are are conditioners with heating options.

Pros: We really liked our small apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed (towels, shampoo, microwave, fridge, washing machine).The beds were comfortable. The neighbourhood was very quiet, and the next train station Shin-Okubo only a 10 minutes walk away. The online check-in was smooth and the staff I exchanged messages with was very friendly. We would stay here again!

Pros: The neighbourhood is amazing, silent, clean, perfect. The comments say its far away from stations but its not true. There is a bus stop meteres away that takes you straight to shinjuku in 5 to 7 minutes. Price

Cons: The apartment is a lot smaller then expected from the photos. And yes I know its Tokyo
