Pros: The staff is very kind and efficient. Amenities were nice and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was super good.

Cons: Drying machine was not very efficient (did 3 cicles and by the end of it my clothes weren't fully dry).

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly, everything in the room was clean and functional. The breakfast each morning was delicious. The staff helped me book a taxi to the airport and tried to show me several more affordable avenues (I was too worried about missing my flight and the summer heat, otherwise I would have used these options!). The Yamanote line is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Cons: Nothing.

A staying 11 stars out of 10 ;)

Pros: I love staying here. Starting from the staff, as they’re adorable and helpful, the amenities are amazing, the hotel policy is very concern about carbon footprint, which is very interesting. All products are organic. The breakfast was extremely delicious, there are a lot of western and Asian options.

Quieter cozy neighbourhood in Tokyo

Pros: We had a very nice stay at Super Hotel Otsuka. The location is in a quieter part of Tokyo, but easily accessible to other areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya by train. The hotel offered a complementary breakfast each morning as well as a free bar for a few hours at night. The rooms are small, but it's what you expect if you've stayed in similar hotels in Tokyo before. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: On the first night we weren't aware that you collect your pillow from the lobby before going to your room. Once we discovered this, there weren't any pillows left. The next day we were able to get a new pillow each. Not the end of the world.

Cozy room in a well-positioned hotel

Pros: Lovely staff, who were willing to accommodate my needs. Had all the needed amenities and was very close to the JR lines. Will definitely stay here again.
