Pros: It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed 10/10

Cons: Nothing, it was in a very convenient place and about a 3 - 5 minute walk from the station

Great base for a family visiting Tokyo, if you don't mind being in the suburbs

Pros: Lovely little 3 bedroom house in a fun suburban location. You're 13 minutes away from Tokyo station by direct train or 30 minutes from Shinjuku, then a 10 minute walk through a covered shopping street that has everything from Ramen / sushi shops to supermarkets to a hairdresser and clothes shops. The house itself is small (as expected) but very clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, a toilet, a wet room and a small living space. Bonus items are a washer dryer and a microwave. Also a crazy amount of towels is provided.

Cons: Only small negative is that the house is relatively noisy (as the windows are not well insulated) and you can't get the rooms totally dark, but then not much light comes in even during the day

Relaxed stay good value

Pros: Great position close to undercover shopping arcade and restaurants , outside of central Tokyo. More relaxed vibe

Cons: Couldn’t find a iron

Great location, comfortable and easy access.

Pros: The property was very clean, beds very comfortable. Was handy to have a kitchen. Quiet and very well located next a shopping street. Was easy to find with the explanation given from the host. There were lots of places to eat, the fresh sandwich shop was really yummy. Train station just around the corner . Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cons: Everything.

Pros: Once we found the location, thanks to the help of a couple of very kind people who saw how lost we were, everything was great. Instructions were provided with daytime photos. We arrived very late at night, couldn't recognize the landmarks and were lost. The people of the neighborhood were very nice, open and friendly, making it possible to find and enjoy the location. It is very convenient, close to the station and facilities of all types. Thank you

a great base for visiting tokyo & around

Pros: Location - the nearest station (JR Shinkoiwa) is super convenient for accessing anywhere in/around Tokyo, plus the access to the Haneda airport was really not bad (just 2 trains) Many shops between the station and the apartment (supermarkets, drug stores, bakery, lots of food shops, etc) The host was kind and very swift to respond to our inquiries

Pleasant stay, will recommend to friends

Pros: Great facilities inside the house, check in was easy, washing and dryer machine was great, separated bathroom and toilet, easy to buy things nearby shopping street, a lot of eateries, waliking didtance to Shinkoiwa station

Cons: The house located little remote, located at back alley of the busy street, no living room, 2nd room futons a bit thin, queen size bed quite small, no luggage storage provided (nearby coin luggage always full)

Pros: Cozy house. Sufficient amenities. Items are new and spotless. Owner is very responsive. It is a small unit for 6 adults. Not much room for our 6 luggages. 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. Need to carry luggage up. However, we made do with the space. It worked out for us. For the price paid, it was very reasonable and worth it. Location is not central but Shin-Koiwa station which is the nearest stn is accessible to areas in Tokyo. Love that the house is just behind a shopping street which has many things we need.

Cons: As mentioned, small space for 6 adults. 1 set of bathroom and toilet, which we shared. Other than that, all is good.

Comfortable and clean apartment

Pros: Great location in a suburban area. The apartment is tucked away in a little alley off of a covered shopping street. It's an easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and the train station. The house was well stocked, clean, and very comfortable for our family of 4. Having a washer/dryer was also really convenient. We arrived after dark and had no trouble finding the place based on the provided pictures.

Cons: Something to know is that there is no living room, instead one of the upstairs bedrooms has a television. The downstairs bedroom doesn't have a closet to store luggage. We still had plenty of space since we were traveling with kids but it might not be ideal of a group of adults traveling together.
