New Cozy APT Located on the Japanese Local shopping street

Nice aparment, better for less than four people.

Pros: Nice and relatively modern Apartment. All areas were clean and well kept. WiFi was constantly available and stable. Upon arrival we got friendly help carrying up our luggage. In walking distance to a JR station with direct connection to Narita airport.

Cons: The staircase is quite small, making it a bit difficult to move up big luggage. Storage room is limited if travelling with multiple people. There is an electronic control panel for the water temperature next to the shower in the bathroom, causing slight concern.

Great for our quick 2 night stay for 2 adults 2 kids in convenient location

Pros: Great location, convenience store next door, area to store bags until check in . Friendly staff, quiet street.

Pros: We absolutely loved the location! The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean.

Cons: The staircase was very tight and a little noisy while trying to sleep.

It was everything I could of asked for and If I go back to Japan I’d be more then happy to stay there again

Pros: I found the location to be great, it felt like a 5 ish minute walk to Shin-Koiwa station, it’s also a 5 second walk from a small grocery store (AEON) which is very convenient and also about a 1 minute walk to a shopping district which is full of restaurants and small stores. The steps to enter the apartment were extremely easy to follow, the apartment itself is everything as advertised, it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: If your used to blackout curtains like me, the curtains they have let a bit of light through (not fully opaque), though that seems to be quite standard in Japan

I would consider it for my next visit.

Pros: Good price for value. Easy and prompt communications with the owner by messages. I love the two windows and one small balcony on three sides of the room. If you want to cook some vegetables or beef, it provides all the cooking wares. Location is very convenient for JR PASS holder who want to make the full use of the pass for metro.

Cons: I feel the bedding is too soft for me and the quilt is a bit thick for summer.

Pros: Had everything we needed, the location was just great, really nice to come back to a quieter area after big days, while still being located next to a great shopping street with great food and cheap shopping.

Cons: Narrow staircase to get into property, tricky with lots of heavy suitcases.

Great option not far from anything

Pros: Great location heaps of food and easy access to the Shin koiwa station

Cons: It is tight and hauling luggage up to the top floor was easy enough for me but any older person with big bags will struggle if they are unfit.

Clean and comfortable stay, but no elevators.

Pros: The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning and laundry machine worked well and there were big windows making the space feel very bright.

Cons: It was a struggle to haul our luggages up the stairs (to the 5th floor) however the property did have locks outside to leave your luggages there.

Cozy and comfortable studio

Pros: The quietness of the neighbourhood and the convenience of the location.

Cons: The stairs were narrow and there is no lift.

Nice small apartment, perfect for 2 people

Pros: It was a small and cosy place, very clean and tidy, Close to the train station which is very handy,

Cons: Be aware it is a small place and what I didn't appreciate before is that it is far to go into Tokyo or anywhere. But it is close to the train station with is handy.
