Lovely property in the heart of Shibuya with wonderful staff

Pros: Staff are all so lovely and helpful. Great location 5 minutes walk from Shibuya station. Really good value for money and very clean rooms. Free bottles of water and coffee in the morning is also a really nice bonus.

Convenient and Quiet.

Pros: Close enough to downtown Shibuya, but in a quiet main road. 5 minutes from the metro, 1 stop to Harajuku. Staff helped with babysitting luggage on our last day and advising us regarding luggage forwarding and taxis.

Cons: My fault, I booked it - its a chintzy, cat-living vibe. It'd be someone else's best choice!

Enchanting Hotel in Shibuya

Pros: Sakura Fleur Aoyama was a beautiful hotel and I would love to come back again. The room style was enchanting, housekeeping was fabulous and the receptionists were very kind even though I was only able to speak limited Japanese. The location is a close walk from Shibuya Train Station and many great restaurants nearby. If you are walking from Shibuya Station you do need to carry your luggage up stairs to cross the road, this was no issue for me however may be difficult for some. The hotel also provide a luggage transfer service, it cost 2900 yen to Hakone! I definitely recommend staying here

Very good and enjoyed our stay - Recommended but note…

Pros: The location is fantastic, right near the station, shopping spots, and Shebuya Sky! The Stuff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They allowed us to stay in the lobby for almost 8 hours and keep our luggage until we have last tour around the hotel, before we head to the airport.

Cons: 1. We stayed in 5 hotels during our trip - the Bed could be more comfortable compared to the other hotels. 2. We couldn’t control the AC it was set to heat only or to switch it off 3. The doors are physical keys so we have to hand it to the front desk every time you leave the hotel and pick it when you are back

Pros: Nice stay overall. Significantly cheaper than other options nearby but very high quality, comfortable bed, excellent cleaning.

Amazing stay in the core of Tokyo. Absolutely recommended for short stays.

Pros: Location is the best we had in Tokyo, 7 minutes walking from the Shibuya crossing and 5 minutes from Shibuya station that basically gets you anywhere. Room was very spacious and staff always available and ready to help.

Cons: The temperature in the room was so high (to be in late November) and the AC was not working. We had to sleep with the window open to regulate the temperature.
