Pros: The location was amazing, not central but only a few stops away from Akihabara and Ginza. The train station is very close by and the train that passes through there took us to many places without even changing lines. It was clean and very comfortable, with space for all our suitcases and shopping. The laundry was very helpful, but there was no dryer or clothesline to hang our clothes to dry, but we managed. Overall, we were very happy with both the location and the apartment itself. However, be sure to bring earplugs, as the street the room overlooks is quite noisy 24 hours a day.

Pros: This apartment was everything we hopes it would be. no-contact checkin and checkout, clean, good location, changable aircon, good wifi, excellent shower pressure, washing machine, bathtub, freezer, Grounded AND ungrounded outlets. And cute kitty art. ofcourse. We would recommend it to everyone

Pros: The place was clean. It is very good to have the thermo ventilator in the washroom, especially in winter time.
Cons: It would be perfect to have more hangers for clothes / drying clothes. .

Very happy!
Pros: Took a gamble on booking a new property for my stay in Tokyo - and boy did it pay off! Impeccably clean and well-functioning apartment in a great location 10-15 minutes walk from several stations, and 10 minutes walk from Sensō-ji. Despite being accessible to the city I found it was quiet at night, and only once heard a siren go by. Clear entry instructions, quality adjustable air-conditioning, communicative hosts, comfy bed with wall plugs right beside it and a USB port in the headboard. I didn't use the hob so can't say what that was like, but the fridge, microwave and kettle all work fine, and the cutlery and crockery would be enough for two people. The bathroom and washing facilities were also fantastic - everything is in excellent working order. All in all a perfect stay; if I'm ever back in Tokyo this is the first place I'll look for!
Cons: I struggled to find a good place to plug in the kettle!

Cons: La non flexibilité et la non réponse du propriétaire à notre demande d’early checking. Absence totale d’instructions en anglais pour le lave linge, le séchoir, l’eau chaude et les toilettes. L’absence d’une poubelle correcte dans la pièce principale malgré l’affichage d’une page de consignes pour le tri des déchets. Une trop petite table pour manger à 2. L’absence d’eau, de café ou thé, une première pour nous en Asie. Absence de torchon et peu de serviettes, sans change en fonction du nombre de jours de séjour. Adresse sur booking incorrecte

Pros: מיקום מעולה. ליד תחנת מטרו. צ'ק אין עצמי ודיי פשוט. מרווחת ונראית כמו בתמונות. לא השתמשנו אבל יש מכונה עם מייבש.
Cons: לא מביאים מברשת ומשחה, מספקים רק מגבת אחת לאדם, לא משנה כמה לילות הוא ישן שם. הניקיון יכל להיות יותר טוב. טלוויזיה קטנה, ללא נטפליקס או אפשרות לשיתוף דרך הפלאפון.

Amplio y cómodo apartamento en zona tranquila
Pros: Todo, está muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para la estancia (estuvimos seis noches) y es más amplio de lo que parece en las fotos. Tener lavadora y manera de secar la ropa hace que sea un apartamento de diez. La facilidad de realizar el chen in y check out y las explicaciones del dueño sobre cómo proceder fueron muy sencillas. Metro bastante cerca y en una zona tranquila. Repetiremos.
Cons: Nada, todo estupendo.

Pros: Located in quiet neighborhood with 3 minute walk from Iriya station. The room is bigger than the average in Tokyo. If you are looking for a place to fit in 28-inch luggage or larger, this can be the one in your top choices. There is an elevator, so don't worry that you have to carry luggage through the ladder.
Cons: More trash bags should be provided for long stays.

Pros: Very nice, clean and relatively spacious accommodation for a family of four. Loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. The location is decent with access to both buses and subway
Cons: All appliances' instructions are in Japanese so better have a translation app if you don't read japanese
