Great place very close to transport
Pros: Great location right near Sangubashi station, but yet I was not able to hear any noise from the train from my particular room. Large room, had a kitchen, bathroom and laundry

Pros: Beautiful, cozy apartment, perfect for our stay in Tokyo. It is literally half a minute away from the train station and has no noise at night!
Cons: The location certainly contributed to making our stay more enjoyable.

Really cool place
Pros: - Good location: close to several stations, to Shibuya area, and a park. - Cool furniture and awesome floors! - Clean and well-maintained, with everything you need. - An original author's guide with recommendations in Tokyo.

Pros: The location is really really nice. Just nearby the Sangubashi station, arounded by convinience stores and mart and local restaurants and the peaceful atmosphere made me calm at night. Also, it is a room of real 'apartment', not a Hotel, so you can feel daily Japanese apartment lifestyles.
Cons: There was no reception and I cannot found where the 'Welcome Guide' is. And their are many dusts under the bed, so I cleaned it up with the sticky roller furnished inside. and the windows are surrounded by neighbor's sight, so you have to be careful about pulling curtains on windows.

Pros: Location was fantastic. It’s in a nice little shopping district and is right beside the train station. Close enough to be an easy train ride into Shibuya crossing but far enough away to not be paying Shibuya prices for everything. You did a great job with the welcome guide too. The Tokyo Spotify mix was an especially nice touch. We visited four different hotels/Airbnb‘s while in Japan. This has been my favorite.
Cons: Garbage and recycle was a little small. Would’ve been good to know where we could empty it. Loved the coffee setup, but would’ve liked a 30-60 of grams of beans to have a cup on the first morning. After we checked in, there were no good craft beans we could buy locally. I didn’t end up using it although I really wanted to. I have to admit I am a professional coffee roaster so I may be a little bit too picky. Perhaps I could’ve looked to see if the grocery store sold beans.

Pros: Lokalita byla na skvělém místě. Spousta obchodů ihned u ubytování. Stanice metra 2 min chůze.
Cons: Od okna na balkon šla zima do místnosti, kde se spalo. Dalo se to dohnat topením, ale i tak to nebylo příliš příjemné. Občas trvalo, než se nahřála voda na mytí.

Pros: + The appartment is quite big by tokyo standards and nicely decorated + The location: tokyo is huge but we could explore Shinjuku, Shibuya & Yoyogi Park + Meiji Jingu by walking from the appartment in ~20-35min which was really cool. + The subway station is 2min walk away and has luggage lockers (you can pay with your suica card, very convenient before check-in) + Bluetooth speaker is a nice addition

Pros: Great location! I love the design of our apartment. Super comfortable. We really had a great view from the room. Spacious enough to accommodate our luggages. I like the neighborhood, we even bought a groceries across the street. Next to the apartment there was a drugstore. And so close to the Shinjuku playground.
Cons: There was no exhaust in the bathroom. Bed was a bit hard, a bit uncomfortable but still okay.
