fabulous area, awesome hosts! small space but jam packed with everything you could need

Pros: the accommodation had everything you could need in a VERY small space. kitchenette with cooker, sink, fridge. bathroom unbelievably had a washing machine, hair dryer etc. there was even a pull up table (although this meant you had to slide sideways between the sink and table if you don’t put it back down). the futon style bed was comfy if small. the host always responded very promptly with detailed answers every time. we walked a LOT and the side streets were full of amazingly cute houses and fabulous architecture and trees, a real mix of new and old. there was an awesome mini cafe 50 metres down the street called coffee and a food market nearby as well as some restaurants on the way to shinjuku. if you have the time (30 minutes) walk rather than train there. we also walked to yogogi park. great spot and great hosts

Cons: the space really is tiny so if you are going to be out most of the time it is perfect. no wheelchair access and tight stairway to the top floor where we were so if carrying bags up staircases won’t work for you this isn’t the place BUT we loved the area, the room was quiet at night. highly recommend the accommodation for those under 6ft

Enjoyable and safe stay.

Pros: It was in an interesting local neighbourhood of Tokyo. Very quiet and we enjoy the walk where all the locals lives.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Amazing location to walk to Meji temple, Shinjuku and Shibuya. Quiet area with really good local coffee and ramen spots.

Efficient Stay in Tokyo

Pros: Apartment was clean and well equipped. Washing machine is a big plus. Detergent was also available at the apartment. Neighborhood is quite and calm.

Cons: Beds are a little uncomfortable.

Pros: The place is cosy if a little small with 2 kids but we were there only to sleep so it was more than enough for us. Beds were very confortable and cleanliness, was remarquable.m

Beyond perfect for the solo traveller.

Pros: Great communication with the host to collect the keys. The area and building is very quiet and close to the train stations or only a short walk into Shinjuku. It's a small room but does what you need perfectly and everything has it's place. Unless you are out all day or aren't concerned with personal space, it's maybe not a 2 person room although you 'could' fit. I was amazed just how much equipment is in the room. Hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, washing machine. The ability to turn the shower room in to a dryer was fantastic (something I have never seen before) and wish every place had it. To be able to dry my clothes quickly after the oppressive Tokyo heat was a godsend. I'd happily stay again and may well do so next trip.

Pros: The space is new and, by Tokyo standards, quite large. It's well equipped, although I didn’t use anything in the kitchen. I initially went to the wrong building, but the housekeeping staff were very friendly and kindly guided me to the correct location. Even though check-in is late, I was able to leave my belongings beforehand, which was very helpful

Excellent apartment, great location, very quiet.

Pros: A lovely apartment, had everything I needed, and was very tidy. Almost no noise at all from above/below neighbours which was amazing, and was in a very quiet safe-feeling neighbourhood (there’s a big road nearby, but there was no road noise - and I’m very noise-sensitive). Easy 5 minute walk to Hatsudai station, and a single stop to Shinjuku station, so super easy for getting around Tokyo. It’s compact, but the pictures clearly show that. Communication from the host was fast and friendly.
