Lovely home. Great location. Excellent host.

Pros: Great place for a family of 3 with a toddler who was 1.5 years. Lovely neighbourhood in Tokyo with multiple playgrounds around. Host was quick to reply and accommodated us. Beds were comfortable. House stayed warm during the winter with the heat pumps. Everything was labeled and easy to use. 2 minute walk to 7/11, delicious restaurants 5-10 min walk away, metro 10 minute walk away, supermarket 5 min walk away. We walked to senso-ji and skytree easily. The neighbourhood is quiet and out of the touristy areas. Our daughter loved the toys provided and we appreciate the high chair and children’s utensils. Thank you for having us in your home! Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Cloths for wiping down the table or counters would have been helpful! We ended up purchasing some extra wipes for our stay.

Really love the stay

Pros: The accommodation is really comfortable. So cosy, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a stay. Beds were comfortable and big enough for all of us (2 adults 2 kids). Heater works well. Having a washer AND dryer was really convenient especially in the winter. Kitchen is fully equipped too, it was very useful for our daily midnight snack time 😆 The host is very friendly and attended to me really quickly whenever i have questions. There was also a stroller that is free to use - truly a life saviour! We didn't have to bring ours all the way. We used the stroller everyday and it helped sooo much especially for the kids to nap. Really thankful we found kichi01, thank you sooo much!

Cons: While the accommodation is very near to the train station (less than 5 mins walk), the Higashi Mukojima station is not exactly central so it takes quite a long time to get to places like shibuya, shinjuku, tsukiji... Sometimes it takes up to 1hr to reach our destination with all the changing of stations. You need to factor in the long traveling time into your plan. But the accommodation itself is definitely great, no complaints at all :)

Ideal location - very peaceful

Pros: Quiet Neighbourhood We thoroughly enjoyed a 9 night stay at Kichi01. The hosts were delightful with their communication which was very clear. We could not fault the accommodation which was spotless. It was a very special experience staying in a peaceful neighbourhood with lots of Izakaya and convenience stores nearby. We will certainly recommend to friends.

Perfect Airbnb Experience!

Pros: My family and I are from Malaysia and had the chance to stay at this house which the location of the house is very convenient. There's a 24/7 7-Eleven store right front of the house and you can reach multiple convenience store and supermarkets just by walking. There's a nearby station named Higashi-Mukōjima that connects us to Asakusa Station where it is one of the central Station that can easily travel around Tokyo. The host is very easy to communicate with and was very kind to us. Every instructions was delivered clearly and straightforward. The house is completed with everything just like your own home. The room is spacious that can fit up to 6 person. We get the chance to live as a Japanese during our trip since the house is a Japanese-type home and the neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. All in all, it was a great house and if we get the chance to go back to Tokyo, we definitely rent this house again.

Pros: スリッパや洗濯ネットなど細やかな配慮があって助かりました。周辺にコインパーキングがたくさんあって楽に移動できた。立地はスカイツリー、浅草へのアクセスもよく便利。

Perfect homestay for family with kids

Pros: The property offers an entire house stay. It is so big with 2 rooms and complete amenities. It has washing machine and dryer so we were able to wash and dry all our clothes before going back home. The house is equiped with aircon/heater which is perfect for any season. We were provided with complete amenities as well such as shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, detergent and fabric softener. Ref, microwave and even vaccuum is provided so it's so easy to clean. We love the neighborhood as well as it is far from busy city. The host also responded quickly. Lastly, convenience stores are near like few steps away from the house.

Отличное тихое, удобное место недалеко от Асакусы

Pros: Все отлично, тихий район в трех остановках метро от Асакусы, добираться очень просто, хозяин квартиры прислал подробную карту, рядом магазин 7/11, буквально 50 метров. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, жили вчетвером двое взрослых и двое детей 18 и 16 лет. Все очень понравилось! Заселили раньше времени на 3 часа, большое спасибо!

Pros: 駅からとても近くて、歩いてすぐのところにコンビニもあり、便利でした。 駐車場はついてないですが、隣にも近くにもたくさんあるので困りませんでした。 スタッフのかたもとても親切で返事も早く、こども赤ちゃん連れでも安心して泊まれました。 スカイツリー駅まで2駅なので夕飯にソラマチへ気軽に出掛けられる距離です。 部屋も広く、大きなベッド2台の他に畳の部屋用にマットレスもあり、我が家は4人ですが、一人ひとつ使えました。 新しい家ではないと思いますが、とてもきれいで清潔感があります。 洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤各種ありました。使わなかったですが歯ブラシも置いてありました。 タオル類もたくさんあり、キッチンも一通り揃ってます。 あと、子供用のおもちゃがたくさんあったのがとても助かりました。 金額は安くはないですが、とても快適で良い旅になりました。

Cons: ダイニングの机と椅子がガタガタしていて、座るとネジが取れました。ほとんどがユルくなってきたので、そこだけ危ないので点検して欲しいです。
