Sumida Base

Pros: Staying at Sumida Base in Tokyo was an absolutely wonderful experience for me. The house was perfect for our group because it had three spacious bedrooms and two clean bathrooms. I especially loved how the bathing area and the toilet were separated, which made it so much more convenient and comfortable for everyone to get ready in the morning. ​The entire facility was incredibly clean and well-maintained, showing how much care goes into the property. One of the best parts was how quiet the neighborhood was at night; I was able to get such a deep and peaceful rest every single day. It felt like a cozy home away from home. I am so happy I chose this place for my trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Quiet, clean and comfortable stay close to station for eady access to Tokyo sightseeing.

Pros: A clean spacious house. One bedroom has x2 double beds that could fit 4 children. The other two bedrooms have one double bed each for 2 couples. Or a large family. Plenty of hot water in x 2 showers. A very quiet street close to the local train line. Small supermarkets nearby for essentials. Clean, bright, warm interior with a small functional kitchen

Cons: We had no issues or dislikes. Family couple with x 3 adult kids. Everyone was happy.

Pros: Property was clean and brilliant for 5 people with bathrooms and 2 toilets. Loved the upstairs kitchen and living area where we got to plan our day over a cup of coffee. Restaurants near by great and train station easy walking distance. Host was great re communication.

Cons: Only negative was we could not work out the washing machine with instructions given otherwise everything else was great. Would have also liked the Hot water to be hotter but have assumed this is Japanese regulation re highest temperature.

Really good place to stay

Pros: Host provides immediate support for any issue. Small issues were solved quickly. I would recommend to anybody

Cons: Minor points so you know this post is real. Top floor room and other rooms could do with black out curtains. Sofa bed on top floor as expected not super comfortable.

Pros: Sumida Base has 2 showers and two bathrooms with 3 bedrooms. Very good space. 5 min walk to the train station, less to 7/11. Great bakery near the train station + supermarkets near by. Everything you need is close by but nice and quiet by the evening! Will return again

Cons: Only thing was that the kitchen was on the 3rd floor. We didn't mind it but some nights it was a trek up the stairs to get water from the fridge at night after a long day of touring around Tokyo.

Pros: 房子在巷弄中，google map可以準確找到，不用怕迷路。 東向島車站出來有藥妝店、超市、便利商店，晚上補給很方便。 第一次遇到有加熱功能的浴缸，好喜歡！泡多久都熱呼呼，好舒服！

Cons: 牆上如果可以有幾個掛外套的掛勾，會更方便。

Pros: Beautiful house. Close to a train station, 7-11 and Lawson's. Quiet neighborhood. The Host was easy to contact. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had enough room for Japanese house.

Cons: The stairs were a little narrow but that's expected in a Japanese house. I learned to limit how many times I went up and down. I would still book it again.

돈이 아깝지 않았던 숙소!!!

Pros: 비싸지 않은 가격으로 넓은 숙소 한채를 전부 이용가능해서 매우 편안하고 즐거운 여행을 즐길 수 있었어요!! 체크인 전에도 짐 앞에 두면 보관해주셔서 짐 맡겨놓고 스카이트리 편하게 다녀올 수 있었어요🥰 방은 침대가 하나씩 있는 방 두개와 침대 두개가 있는 방 한개가 있어서 친구랑 같이 자는 걸 좋아하시는 분들과 따로 자는 걸 좋아하시는 분들이 함께 가도 다들 만족하실 것 같아요!!! 숙소 근처에 바로 히가시무코지마(東向島)역이 있어서 이동도 편해요☺️(파스모 카드도 발급가능한 역이에요!) 다음에도 오면 또 여기서 지낼 것 같아요! 왠만한 가전도 다 있어서 정말 편해요! 숙소 근처에 편의점도 있어요!

Home away from home.

Pros: Lots of space, bathrooms and showers. I love the individual ac so everyone can adjust to their liking. The living room is a great place to relax and hang out after a long day. Very clean!!
