Pros: Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Alles war in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Der check in war problemlos.

Cons: Nur eine Kleinigkeit. Ein kleineres Licht im Wohnzimmer/ Schlafzimmer wäre schön, um abends nicht das Deckenlicht nutzen zu müssen.

A comfortable and convenient home base for our Tokyo trip.

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family. The location near Itabashi Station was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to travel around Tokyo. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine for our longer stay.

Cons: There was no elevator, which made carrying large luggage upstairs a bit challenging. However, overall it did not significantly affect our stay.

是很棒的住宿體驗，雖然還是有些缺點，但是瑕不掩瑜。

Pros: 房間配置很好，2人住8坪房間很夠。洗衣機很給力，但最棒的是浴室的抽風設備，開乾燥模式衣服很快就乾。 wifi很棒，附近有三間超市可以選擇，都開到很晚，都是當地人常去的地方。有足夠的衣架跟餐具可以使用，冰箱很大。晚上非常安靜，隔音也滿好的。

Cons: 一進去時房間地上很乾淨，但穿襪子在房間行走就發現其實還需要改進。上去的樓梯不算難爬，但是扛行李就顯得很窄。背包客比較適合。

Amazing option near tokyo nightlife!

Pros: Area was great. Lots of affordable food options nearby. Station was very close. 1 stop from Ikebukuro for day time shopping and entertaining and just a few more from Shibuya and Shinjuku to enjoy the nightlife.

Cons: The hallways had trash bins for the residents to sort their trash on each floor rather than in a seperate areas like other efficiencys. Made the hallways to your room smell very bad on some days. This is more of the visitors faults for not cleaning food waste plastics before sorting and a limitation of the building size for a seperate trash room.

Pros: 小小住宅離地鐵走路3-5分鐘就可以抵達全部設備都有洗衣機還有微波爐還能煮東西廁所的暖氣很舒服這家旅店給10分超過都很好

Excelente! Com certeza me hospedaria de novo e recomendaria para amigos.

Pros: O apartamento é pequeno (acredito que como a maioria em Tokyo). Mas muito bem dividido. O quarto era bem pequeno. Mas havia uma cozinha muito bem equipada separada, guarda-roupa (o que é raro), um lugar para o vaso sanitário, 1 lugar para o chuveiro e uma lavanderia com máquina de lavar e secar. Nós comprávamos ingredientes num supermercado muito bom próximo e cozinhávamos o café da manhã e às vezes o jantar. A rua era muito silenciosa - um bairro bem familiar. Importante dizer: tudo era muito novinho. Gostamos muito

Cons: A única coisa que não gostamos é que o quarto era bem apertado para 3 pessoas. Mas nos adaptamos. As camas e as roupas de cama eram boas. Os travesseiros também. O lugar também é um pouco distante do centro, mas tínhamos opção de 2 linhas de metrô.
