Great place to stay

Pros: The staff was really helpful and kind. The facility is easy to find. There is a family mart nearby. The facility is very clean. The price is reasonable since it is near Tokyo. We really enjoyed our time there

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and safe.

Pros: We were able to stay altogether as a family with 3 toilets and 2 showers. Many other places only had 1 toilet and shower.

Cons: The stairs were steep and it was challenging to bring big suitcases up.

We had a great stay—the place was spotless and the host was nice. Excellent value for money.

Pros: My family and I stayed here for a couple of days last November. The place was clean, and everything you need is provided. Very convenient, with a quiet neighborhood and close to groceries and food places. The host was also quick to respond every time I had questions. Truly great value for money.

Cons: Going up and down the stairs was a bit of a struggle for my senior parents.

楽しく過ごせました！

Pros: 担当者の対応が迅速でチェックインが非常にスムーズでした。屋上から少しですがスカイツリーのライトアップも見れたので良かったです！部屋も凄く綺麗で嫌な感じなくゆっくり過ごせました。

Cons: 冷蔵庫が故障してたのか飲み物があまり冷えないのと氷が溶けてしまう事。

值得推薦的優質民宿

Pros: 房東都能即時、完整的回應問題，而且也可以正確解決問題，這點相當重要，也相當令人滿意，甚至會主動關心住宿品質。民宿內部相當乾淨整潔，3間廁所及2間衛浴是最滿意的優點，多數民宿沒有這樣的優點，建議在房間內能多設置一點吊衣架或吊衣勾，或是小置物櫃，使用上會方便許多。廚房用具完整、可以使用洗衣機很讚(尤其是夏天、雨天)。民宿附近步行約3分鐘有全家便利商店、5分鐘有life大型超市、5分鐘有7-11、1分鐘有社區型小型超市，夜間寧靜不吵雜。鳥貴族淺草橋店可以用google map預約用餐。整體住宿體驗相當不錯，值得推薦。

Cons: 民宿地點離淺草橋站及秋葉原站須步行約15分鐘，離車站距離比想像的再小遠一些，如果多人拖著行李又遇到雨天或是大晴天，會有點辛苦，不過還能接受。離2邊車站的計程車車資約1500~2000日圓。
