Amazing!

Pros: The location was amazing and the room was clean and very well equipped!

Cons: Everything was wonderful!

A comfortable well equipped stay within 10 min of Shinjuku

Pros: It is in a residential and quiet location, with lots of convenience stores nearby. The train station is also close enough to walk. It is a short train ride to Shinjuku which makes connectivity extremely easy. Two separate bedrooms, one has a wardrobe, a kitchen with all necessities, well stocked bath and washing machines, sufficient towel, hair straighteners/curling irons, enough amenities and a simple digital keypad door entry (so you don't have to worry about losing a physical key)

Cons: Nothing much. For an apartment in Tokyo, it was clean, super functional and located in a good residential area.

Pros: Very clean, comfy and convenient, there are many beds so it's great for staying with friends. The metro is 5 minutes walk away and there are many conbinis around you making it great for a grab and go. Staff was very helpful and friendly,, the instructions for the facilities in the apartment were easy to read and everything was labeled.

Probably one of the best accomodations we’ve ever booked so far!

Pros: This property was fantastic. Convenient location just 3 stops away from a main shopping area, also only 7min walk to closest train station. Plenty of amenities around such as a supermarket, convenient stores and drug stores. It was a good amount of space for 4 adults and 1 child even though we had very big luggages. Apartment is also on the ground floor with no stairs in the unit, so it is also a great place when travelling with elderly.

Cons: None. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be happy to rebook again if we came back to tokyo!

Pros: My stay in this place is fantastic. It has been well maintained by the owner and the whole apartment looks like brand new and very clean. And all facilities you can think of are included. It also very quiet at night. It is located on ground floor so very easy to access. It is very close to the metro station and convenience stores. And McDonald's is just beside the metro station. The communication with the owner is also very smooth and fast respond. The oowner is also very hospitable. he even gave us souvenirs.

Cons: nothing. as guests may have known, apartments in Tokyo are not spacious. But this one is bigger than another one I stayed. we 4 people stayed very well.

It was nice to have two bedrooms so kids slept in their beds. Apartment looks fresh and comfortable.

Pros: Very cosy and clean apartment! Location is very good also, a lot of convenience stores around.

Cons: If you have children, I suggest to hide away those beautiful vases ;)

Pros: Very clean and modern apartment with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Stayed here two weeks and never had any issues. The host left us charging cables for all major phone types so we never had to use any adapters. The whole apartment was really clean, and it was super easy to use the passcode to check in. Met the host a couple of times while we were here and he was really nice. Location is great, 2 minute walk to the train station which is three stops from Shinjuku. There's many restaurants, convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. Will definitely stay here again for the next trip to Tokyo.

Great value and new accommodation.

Pros: Not normally one to write reviews, but as the first guests and as one who normally reads reviews, thought I should. Great accommodation that looks exactly as it does in the photos. For Tokyo, it's a huge space and think it would easily accommodate a max of 4 people. Have stayed in the nakano area previously, so I'm happy with the location - very close to the station with quick links to Shinjuku as well as heading west. Beds were very comfortable, and huge, and the entire place was well appointed with kitchen utensils, cookware etc. immaculately clean as you would expect of a new place, and also no noticeable sounds from outside (although we slept in the room on the back side of the house). As we were the first guests the owner came by and said hello - lovely interaction and wish him all the best with this accommodation.

Cons: No issues. Some may find the location a little bit far from the centre, but we like the quietness of the neighbourhood yet still only 10 minutes from Shinjuku.

Pros: Goede locatie. Vlakbij metro. Goede bedden. Supermarkt in de buurt.

Cons: Geen lift!!! Met zware koffers naar boven op zeer smalle trap, zorgde bijna voor ongelukken! Appartement is kleiner dan het oogt op foto's.

Pros: the space suits our family. its location is perfect! 1 train away to tokyo, then bus to narita airport. near groceries and matsuya!

Cons: the stairs. but very manageable.
