Pros: Good location for Uneo, value for money, able to do washing

Cons: Basic facilities, was tight for 4 people but also to be expected. Was hard to find food at night.

Japan Fambam Stay

Pros: The place was very homey and it has complete amenities for a family stay like complete kitchen, TV and wifi, beds, washing machine. The venue is also nearby the Hibiya line's Iriya station as well as numerous convenience stores, a Welcia branc, a Matsuya which adjacent the building and other restaurants. It's also walking distance (15 to 20 minutes) to the JR Yamanote line in Uguesudani and the Ueno Park.

Cons: Not really a deal breaker but since the unit is at the 4th floor, it is an effort to bring your luggages up the room via stairs since there is no elevator. Still we love the place because it is in a very quiet part of the city.

Pros: 4인 가족이 함께 머물수 있어서 좋았고, 미리 침대를 하나 더 놔주셔서 편했습니다~ 방도 깔끔하고 쾌적했습니다! 가성비도 좋아서 재방문 의사있습니다! 이리야 역 바로 앞에 있어서 교통도 편리했습니다.(우에노역이랑은 지하철 1정거장 거리입니다. 우에노역 근처인줄 알고 예약했는데 도보로는 멀더라구요. 하지만 이리야역도 도쿄 도심 지하철역과 바로 연결되어 편합니다- 긴자역, 롯본기역,아키하바라역 등등)

Cons: 4층인데 계단이 높아서 가방 들고 올라갈때 힘들었습니다. 외출하고 올라갈때도 힘들었지만, 운동한다 생각했습니다~ 구글의 사진과 건물 입구가 달라서 30분동안 헤맸습니다ㅜ

Pros: 公寓雖然有點舊，但該有的設備都有，且租金便宜，也不能再挑剔什麼了。有小廚房可以煮一些食物，洗衣機方便清洗換洗衣物，樓下有松屋，附近有超市、超商及藥妝店，生活機能十分良好。

Cons: 5樓舊型公寓，上下樓沒有電梯，搬運大行李較不方便，其他都很好。我們這次入住4樓，只有上下樓各搬運一次行李，也算還好。

Pros: Great value and spacious apartment! Very clean with all of the needed basics. Echoing another review- there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. Otherwise, loved the place, location, and ease of transportation!

若是喜歡居家風格的話很推薦，但不建議有太多或太大件行李的人

Cons: 畢竟在五樓，沒有電梯還是會不方便，當作鍛鍊吧
